“I came to Thomas with a request to wire a deposit from my PNC account to London, where I will be attending school this fall. The paperwork was extremely vague and the instructions were not correct. He was amazingly persistent! Most people that I’ve run into over time would have NEVER spent the amount of time Thomas did to resolve my problem. He tried several options, made a phone call, and got my deposit to London! Thank you, Thomas!! Your actions went above and beyond my expectations!”

“I've been, very happily, using this bank (at the Blue Bell location) since they started off in a trailer, while waiting for the new Plaza (Centre Square Commons) to be built/completed. Every staff member, from top to bottom (on-site manager to teller) has been MORE than accommodating, helpful and makes you feel like you're a member of their own family; the "Small Town U.S.A. feeling of which I'm fortunate to have living in this area. I'd recommend this bank, and definitely the Branch in Blue Bell, to anyone & everyone!”

“Not sure how this location only has 3 stars when I just had an amazing experience with Sahsha here. I came to change my name on my bank account after recently getting married. I was nervous with time constraints due to not being able to show up until 5:10 on a Friday with their branch closing at 6, but I was helped by Sahsha before I could even sit & wait in the lobby. She has the most friendly and infectious personality. She was able to change my name on my account very quickly, while having a big smile the whole time. Felt like an old friend! She also gave me plenty of helpful tips without pushing anything. You could tell she takes her job & customer satisfaction seriously & I genuinely am happy I drove 30+ min to come here. Well worth it!”

“I know of Vanguard through a former employer of mine... a very well-known, well-reputed investment management firm based in Boston. And.... Vanguard was always spoken of, and considered, the best of the best. My employer provided retirement accounts for all of their employees (i.e., for me) and we were able to select the Vanguard funds where we wanted our retirement monies to be invested.It's now a full thirty years later, and my money has more or less sat there, and grown quite nicely, in my various Vanguard funds.However, sadly, I have noticed that their customer service line has deteriorated. In a nutshell, it seems they have OUTSOURCED their customer service. You no longer get reps in the U.S., and who always seemed like they were IN THE BUSINESS of investing money....reps who seemed to know a thing or two. Instead, we now get an endless phone tree of buttons to push.... are repeatedly asked to enter the same information over and over...we finally have to 'play games' with the system in order to get a rep... when you DO get a rep, it's clear they are not based in the U.S. Then you are told you need to speak with a different department...you are transferred....put on hold... asked all the same 'security questions' all over again (and even in instances where you aren't looking for any private or personal information on your account, but simply want help NAVIGATING THEIR WEBSITE). Speaking of which....whatever happened to the voiceprints that many of us recorded, of 'At Vanguard, my voice is my password'?? ...which was supposedly specifically set up, so that we'd not have to jump through all these ridiculous 'security hoops'?? We no longer seem to receive that prompt, anymore, when we call Vanguard...It's sad, that even with a company at the level of Vanguard, that customer service is DEAD. And I'm sick and tired of endless, waste-of-my-precious-time questions that are supposedly 'for your security', even when, as mentioned, I am often not trying to get any PERSONAL details on my account. I mean, you can't even ask a GENERAL QUESTION anymore without first going through an inquisition!Jack Bogle must be rolling in his grave.”
