I came to Thomas with a request to wire a deposit from my PNC account to London, where I will be attending school this fall. The paperwork was extremely vague and the instructions were not correct. He was amazingly persistent! Most people that I’ve run into over time would have NEVER spent the amount of time Thomas did to resolve my problem. He tried several options, made a phone call, and got my deposit to London! Thank you, Thomas!! Your actions went above and beyond my expectations!

WORST BANK & BRANCH EVER. Kayla Pham, their branch manager, is completely useless. Zero service, incorrect fees, bad systems, waste of time. They're not the 1st bank to make errors. But at most other banks, if you deal with the local branch, they’ll try to make things right. Not PNC, and not Kayla Pham - it's pass the buck and waste your time. STAY AWAY from PNC and especially this branch.

The manager, Steve, helps me a lot how I solve my account problem and comfort clients in ease. But they are not aggressive enough to give more advice how clients protect themselves.

I received an offer to open new checking account, so I went to this branch, the branch manager offered to help me. The guy was knowing nothing about my offer and to be honest he wasn't seemed know nothing about it, however, I couldn't wait more than 5 minutes and the guy keep looking and s arching his computer and I didn't feel he knew what he was doing. I am not sure does it has something to do with my accent or no, however, I will it consider this branch and I may even not consider PNC at all.

Very helpful staff and nice location. Never had any problems dealing with the staff even though they keep changing. They respect the customers, once there was a manager who was pushy with a loan but I guess that's part of their job, but she quickly understood that she's being pushy and then she was fine.

I had an issue with a withdrawal that had left my account in poor standing. I had called customer care where they had explained that if I bring in documentation my fees will be taken care of.

First off I was at the drive thru for about 10 minutes before anyone helped me. I was told the call button doesnt work. Hmmm how do you have drive up teller service and your call button doesn't work, defeats the purpose of drive thru banking correct? Secondly when the lady did help me she took another 15 minutes to make my deposit and return my money. She then had her associate help her because she said she was busy and gave me a nasty attitude. I will never bank at this location again. I could have driven all the way home in the time it took me to be serviced. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE PNC.

Called in a panic since this is where I opened the account and my account was negative. Just needed help. It was my fault but needed to work and fix it. Spoke with Sarah who told me they had a lot of customers so she could either call me back later or I should call the 888 number. Really felt like my need was discounted. Why answer the phone then?
