Half the time I come to the pharmacy they do not have our medicines , perhaps this is why the whole chain has gone bankrupt. The inside of the store is at least clean and well-stocked

When I tell you I don’t write bad reviews for anywhere, I mean anywhere. But this pharmacy is the absolute worst. The staff are absolutely beyond rude. I’ve had two separate experiences here with two completely different groups of workers. The one worker will ignore you standing there in person for 15 minutes and then claim they never saw you, despite making eye contact more than 5 times. Another one will shame you and roll their eyes as they tell you they don’t have a prescription and that I should have planned better (which they did in fact have , had they read the script correctly AND we didn’t know it would be needed until that day, how can one plan ahead for that?!). I work in healthcare and can’t imagine treating patients this badly.

Short staffed and didn't have some basic necessities such as deodorant, body wash, and bandaids at the time of my visit. Usually they don't have these things and more. Better to go to Giant for basic hygiene items than here honestly. But otherwise the store is very clean and nice environment

Rude and judgmental pharmacist. Went in during a work day for flu meds and was immediately given the look and the guy told me I shouldn’t work if I get the flu, and then all kinds “you shouldn’t be here” comment. An elderly lady then immediately sprayed disinfectant on their counter right in front of me lol. What a joke, way to be un-professional.

I had a terrible experience using this pharmacy. They never answered the phone so I had to drive to the location each time I had a question. I used it for proximity but wouldn’t choose here ever again. I was so happy to return back to my original pharmacy.

This Rite Aid Pharmacy in Audubon is short staffed. I like going to this Rite Aid. Sadly customers don't understand that, they want there medication right away!! I been there to pick up my medicine and I saw customers be impatient with the Pharmacy Employees and get angry. I heard a customer talking horribly and angrily to an employee. But I'm like if you see three employees who are busy just be patient and wait.

Staff were very helpful and responsive when I arrived to pick up prescription. There was a slight mishap with my refill but my concern was immediately addressed and resolved. Staff did appear to be very busy and preoccupied but still made time to provide good customer service.

Pharmacy doesn’t answer their phone (well past their lunch break), doesn’t notify when prescriptions are ready, and one of their techs is pretty rude. The actual pharmacists from whom I’ve gotten vaccinations are nice though. I’ll probably take my 6 prescriptions back to CVS again when I need new prescriptions.

Worst pharmacy! We’ve been in the drive thru waiting for 20 mins while they are helping people inside that came after us. We rang the bell, beeped, they don’t acknowledge you or even look at you. I finally went up to the glass and knocked and then someone came…. Trust me they knew we were there. If you’re not going to run the drive thru put a sign up and don’t waste people’s time…. Actually acknowledge that someone is there! Worst worst place!

When at 11:15 to pick up a prescription. I was told it would be about 30 minutes. Waited 50 minutes. No service. Went back at 3 still no prescription. I was told they were counting the antibiotics pills then. I waited a few more minutes. All and all about 4 hours for them to count out 10 pills.
