Seamlessly, they picked it up from the auction house, packaged it, crated it, and shipped to Canada without damage or shipping issues.There was a bit of a holdup at the border, but The Packaging Store went above and beyond to take control of the situation by switching commercial carriers to ensure safe, timely, and proper handling, along with broker administration and payment.In terms of packaging, they did an absolutely incredible job, from building multi-layers of reinforced cardboard and tailored foam shell down to the frame, to the crate, and to the specifically built pallet, along with instructive labels posted on all sides.I had a professional art handler assist in hanging the piece and he was very impressed by the packaging.A big thank you to all involved!”

“I've had excellent service from the team at this store on several occasions--the point being, they work as a team. A newbie employee was helping me with a somewhat challenging request today, and he was able to get quick, helpful direction from his 2 co-workers that was spot-on and solved a PDF blow-up problem I'd been struggling with on my at-home printer/copier for a while---they produced a digital enhancement of the file and thereby provided a 200% sizing of a PDF. It's definitely my go-to Fedex location, and we have several near my home.”

I called several moving companies prior to reaching out to TSI and was met with incredibly high rates and salespeople accustomed to using scare tactics to lock you into dropping a $500 non-refundable deposit to secure a pick up. I worked with Max Huber at TSI for my move and was so impressed by his friendliness, honesty, and frequent communication. By the time I was ready to book a pickup, I felt well versed in TSI’s policies and procedures. I’m hoping to stay rooted in San Diego, but if I ever need to move back east, I would 100% book again with TSI.”

“I had to get posters printed (I had previously used a company in NYC called Printique) and this was my first time using FedEx for high quality photo/card stock prints. Kerensa was extremely courteous, helpful, and professional. She showed me different options, explained pricing, and worked with me after running a test print to dial in a border issue on the poster to get the remainder of prints looking perfect. I will never use the NYC printer I had previously gone to again. I will always go to FedEx for prints like this from now on! *She also did all of this during a busy rush (which looked worse than it was) and was extremely patient and performed all of these tasks in about 5-6 minutes tops. Excellent service from top to bottom!”

“I work at a business a few doors down from the Bryn Mawr UPS store and live right around the corner. For security sake, I have all my packages delivered to this store rather than have packages sitting outside my apartment door. Just about every time I go in, they know who I am and have the package ready before I get to the counter. They have also occasionally walked the package over to my workplace unprompted. Every time I go in, the staff is so friendly. I pass the store on my walk back and forth to work and they very often give me a wave hello. Just a nice place all around.”

After resizing my image and making sure the resolution was higher, I went on to upload my image and it wouldnt go through. Instead of wasting any more time, I ran right over to the store. This location is very easy to get to and if you can read you will have no trouble following the signs to the customer location. It is very well marked.The gentleman behind the counter was extremely helpful since I am handicapped, and he helped me with the package and even brought me my receipt. A very good experience.”
