Colin at the Audubon store greeted me at the door for my Amazon return. He told me the other services offered at the UPS store which included printing! It just so happened that my next stop was going to the library to print a document. He saved me a step as I was able to print my document right there! This also gave me back more time to my day! Thank you!

Brandon at the UPS store in Audubon PA was phenomenal with customer service! He's very genuine. kind and an excellent customer service representative for your organization. he will be phenomenal and upper management!

Colin, the manager, is amazing! He goes over and above to serve his customers! He actually is calming and understanding when a document needs to be notarized and or packages need to be shipped! Always quality service. I use this shipping store all the time and would go no where else! Love this place : )

Colin and Kris were super helpful with my return. They were able to assist me in printing out my return label all while being quick, efficient and attentive to the other customers that were in the store.

Scheduled an appointment through their website a week in advance to have a document notarized on a Saturday morning. When I got there I was told that they didn't notarize documents on Saturdays. They claim that they can't update the website to prevent people from scheduling appointments. But other UPS stores seem to be able to do this. They also couldn't explain why they didn't call me to let me know that they wouldn't have someone on staff at the appointment time.

From the first time I visited this store, I was struck by the customer service. Brandon (I think?) and Genesis are ALWAYS friendly, patient and helpful. I’ve been going to the store almost weekly this spring and I chose this store because of the amazing customer service. I always leave feeling happy and good and that’s due to the staff demeanor.
