When a customer left a ball cap in the car, a lady at the desk retrieved it and the customer was 100% satisfied. Many guests say they will use Budget again and are 100% satisfied. Great Car selections and great Staff. I had a fabulous experience renting from this establishment & will be back soon. Hope they always keep Premium SUV's like the 1 I got last week (Ford ExplorerPlatinum). Flawless & easy in & out. Highly recommended

The car was great and the counter service was excellent. They need to open however before 10AM on Sundays.
