Terrible experience. I left 2 items in my rental car when I returned it and they never appear. After multiple events of trying to contacting them, which is impossible to get a live agent on Lost & Found, after doing the report the very same day, minutes after dropping the vehicle, the items never appeared. Very strange and irresponsible from Budget that never did a concerned effort to find my items. Vey disappointing.

Quick service . Cars well mantained. They should focus on odours . My car had some smell of a pet . Last year whem i hired a jeep it was used by some smoker for sure . They may have cleaned it but for me i had to use masks . Nevertheless i praise easy check in and check outs. Professional and trained staff . I would use them again

I WAS CHARGED ADDITIONAL FEES ON A PREPAID COSTCO TRAVEL RESERVATION. THE CAR WAS RETURNED ON TIME WITH A FULL TANK OF GAS AFTER DRIVING JUST 10 MILES ON AN UNLIMITED MILEAGE CONTRACT. NEVER AGAIN!

One star is too much. I went to the first car and found that the car was not clean and had a bad odor along with pet hair. We just finished going through a pandemic why are you not cleaning these cars. I went back to the staff to exchange keys for another car. For the amount $$$$ for a 7 day rental there is no reason why I should have to take a dirty car. The staff (I won't name) was very unapologetic and was like that's all we have, We don't have any other cars so I was like then I would like a refund. (I had prepaid) after some back and forth I was given keys to another car which also wasn't clean but not as bad as the first. I had to clean out the car and wipe down everything in the car. I was on a tight time schedule and needed to be in NY. I am not a Budget employee why am I doing your job and having to pay you for it.

$500 is too much for a 3-day rental. In April of this year, we rented a car from Fox in Miami for a week for $270. The car we had from Budget was a newer Toyota Corolla with less than 5,000 miles. The car gets good mileage, handles well and it has some good safety features. The inside windows were dirty, some surfaces were not cleaned, floor mats were missing, there was melted chocolate around the center console and the windshield washer was empty. Budget company is cutting corners by understaffing their locations so there are not enough employees to clean the cars in between rentals.

My 23 yr old RN daughter, 6 months prior to this, had rented a car from Avis, no problem. She does not have a credit card but does have a debit card . Today she flew into same airport to get a car from Avis and was DENIED! She was told she needed a credit card. She said ok, I'll get 1. She applied to her bank and was given a VIRTUAL credit card...Nope, no good, it'sunswipeable. What is she supposed to do? Stranded at an airport. Calling every car rental place.She Uber 'd to her hotel. $129. Awful service, downright mean desk help and rules change in a heartbeat.Btw, Avis and zBudget are sister Cocompanies

Very inconvenient! This place is the hardest to get in touch with someone. All I want to do is extend my rental agreement. I call the 1-800 customer service number and they say they can't help me and either call or go to the airport, or they just rudely hang up. So I call the airport and NO ONE EVER ANSWERS. Now I have to go out of my way to drive 30 minutes to the airport just to extend my rental agreement.Then with the last rental I had from them a month before this current one, they never reimbursed my $300 deposit and then tell me it has to be a bank issue and take it up with them.

Cancelled on us today at 10:45am for a 2pm reservation when we had a reservation months in advance. They said they had no more cars. Not sure what good making a reservation is if they don’t have any cars. We got a last minute reservation with Enterprise.

Left my ball cap in the car after realizing this on the secure side of security..lady at desk went back to car retrieved cap ran it through security..100% satisfied
