Horrible. Made a reservation earlier in the day. Arrived to pick up my vehicle and they refused to honor my reservation. At this time all over rental places are closed. Huge disappointment. The employee at the counter, Destiny, was unhelpful and rude. Completely unhappy and terribly inconvenienced. If I could charge this company for waisting my time I would.

Enterprise rental is the worse. I was in an accident in May where my car was a total loss. I was given a car through Enterprise. On my way home a flatbed rubbed up against my car. There was a black rubbery streak on the right bumper. There was no paint or structure damage. It needed to be buffed out. Oh No !!! Enterprise charged my insurance $3000 dollars plus I was billed $1000 for the deductible. Enterprise then charged my credit card $445.00 for the loss when it was being fixed. They never notified me of this charge nor did they sent me a bill, When they asked for my card the salesman said we won't use it we just need it on file. That is called BULLSHIT. They did not have permission and it was put on my card the day I returned the vehicle. They must have a Chrystal ball !!!

Excellent, no-nonsense service. They didn't try to tack on any fees or mislead me in any way; they actually provided an upgraded vehicle at no charge. Pickup was fast and easy (reserved and paid less than 24 hours in advance) and after-hours drop off, though a little nerve racking, went smoothly (there is a lack of parking/instructions). Its pretty apparent that the "poor" reviews aren't really contributing any meaningful feedback; I feel bad that these guys have an average rating of less than 5-stars simply because some customers use the reviews to complain about their "less than luxurious" experience.

I had exceptional service at the Enterprise Rental Services at Wilkes Barre/Scranton airport. My flight was delayed several times, and it appeared that I would arrive at 11:20PM. Enterprise closes at 11:00PM. I talked to a very helpful Enterprise agent named Sela, who offered to stay late that night so as that I could secure my rental. As it turned our, my flight arrived several hours beyond that time & I was able to rent my car the next day. But I so appreciate Sela's concern, her willingness to assist me, her professional manner, and her knowledge of the rental process in times of uncertain schedule changes. Sela, YOU are a delight! Enterprise is fortunate to have you in their employ!

This is my favorite Enterprise in the US!! The best and cleanest cars ever, and the staff is next level. Destinee, Mike, Conor and Shaek have treated me like family! Even when they are slammed with flights coming in and a overwhelming workload, they always greet me with a smile and somehow always put me in a car I love! This staff is too notch! I’ll take an inconvenient flight just to be able to work with this Enterprise!

Manager Michael has ruined this once great location! He charged me $2471 EXTRA on my 7th monthly rental for dropping it off in BUF, NY due to a flat tire and engine light on a Audi Q7 which has no spare. Buffalo had no replacement in any class and noted so! They also know I called recovery and still won’t refund me the extra $2471. Area manager won’t return a call. Bring Jason back. I’m a National Executive Elite and Enterprise Elite plus member.

Rented from the Wilkes-Barre.Rental, we had a problem with our Enterprise car on the way out. Mike and selah sela were absolutely fabulous on helping us out on a Saturday afternoon late! These employees really knew their job. Worked out all the details to untangle the mess and get us back on the road safely so we can make our business meeting Monday morning. Fabulous service. These people deserve a kudos for management for helping us out. Thank you Enterprise for having such great employees!

I have been calling this location for days just trying to extend my rental that is due back tomorrow the 29th. I’ve tried calling all times of the day and their phone literally just rings out. There is no answering machine or nothing. When I booked I was told if I needed to extend to just give them a call. Yea well unfortunately they don’t answer. Now I’ll have to drive all the way back to the airport just to extend since you can’t get these people on the phoneUpdate: A branch manager reached out and was able to extend my rental so I’m going to give them 4 stars instead of 1. Used Budget Car Rentals all my life and avoided Enterprise at all costs because of horror stories I have heard of. Had an emergency and needed a car quickly.Enterprise saved the day. My first time Enterprise experience was wonderful. The front desk agent was a huge help making it quick and painless.My car was very clean and practically brand newDon't be discouraged by the bad reviews, all of those reviews are from people with bad credit who are broke to be honest which is why they whine about the deposit fees.I'll definitely be a repeat customer.

DO NOT book a rental if your flight lands any time close to 10:30pm. (They close at 11pm) They will tell you that they will wait for you, even if you call them to double check because your plane is running late but, they won't wait & will close at 11pm anyway. ALL of the rental car companies at this airport close at 11pm and do not wait for any passengers. (Even though planes are scheduled to land after 11pm every day) We had to take a 45 minute Uber, then Enterprise said we have a rental for $600 a day the next day. Ha. Ridiculous. Be warned.

A month ago I rented a pick up truck… for 5 days.. fine Nd dandy.. cost was $350 also required a deposit added additional $100… everything worked out ok… as I attempted to rent a smaller car yesterday for 3 days with a promo code through my own insurance company… the confirmation said $177 due at pickup time… (no mention of additional $500 deposit due at pick up time) ok, $177 , I said not a problem… until I went to pickup the car and was told, that $177 actually rental price, plus $300 deposit and additional 20% to the total was due at that time… total of $677.. I didn’t have that much available on my credit card… and was told I couldn’t use my debit card unless I had a secluded out bound flight…??? Moneys money but what do I know? Its absolutely insane to charge people that much upfront to rent a vehicle.. I could see $300 deposit + the actually rental charge… sure… but an additional 20% on top of the entire total due at pickup time is completely uncalled for!!! needless to say I wasn’t able to get the car.. and will never attempt to use enterprise again… not when you could rent a u haul and not have to put down nearly $700 to rent it… Enterprise is outta there minds!!!!

Rented a car from the Wilkes-Barre location and the guy was SO helpful and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions prior to me having to ask and he was very nice. I asked him how long he had been there because he was that good LOL! I definitely recommend and will use again
