Michelle was amazing to work with, she was very thorough with her presentation when we were looking to sell our house that we purchased 2 years ago in Williamsport and after we fixed it up she let us know how the market has been changing kept constant communication with us. It was long journey but she made it happen and was able to get our house sold. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy/sell in north east PA!

Working with Rick was an absolute pleasure from start to finish! As a first-time homebuyer, I was nervous about the process, but Rick made everything feel smooth, manageable, and even exciting. From our very first meeting, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me find the perfect home.
Rick took the time to truly understand what I was looking for and never made me feel rushed or pressured. Jason and his team were great; before we met him we had our home appraised, and he suggested listing it for 10K more. We had six showings with two offers of our asking price on the first day it was listed! He and his team were great throughout the whole process, I would highly recommend him.

Jason and I go back since 2018! Happy to say we did business together. I procrastinate for a long time and I regret it a lot. I wish, he would have push me to buy sooner but he didn’t. I understand why he didn’t. if you are looking to get a house I 100% recommended Jason. He has your best interest when buying a house. I couldn’t expect anything else from a professional like him.

Jason and his team are top notch. My husband and I moved from out of state and Jason bent over backwards to help us find our home. Even after we closed on our home he has always been a phone call away. After a great first experience working with him, we decided to work with him again to sell our other home. A good friend reccomended Jason to be my real estate agent when I was looking to buy my first home in October 2020. As soon as I met Jason, I knew that he was a rising star. He was friendly and warm, but sharp as a tack. I had no idea what I was doing, he made everything so easy. He found me a great house in the the town I grew up in. Interest rates were almost half what they are today, so naturally the housing market was extremely busy. I even got into a bidding war with another couple. I loved this house, I wanted it bad and Jason knew it. He wasted no time, he was very aggressive at the right moment. Long story short, he got my dream home. I was prepared to go $20k over the asking price, but only had to pay $2 k over. Jason got me my dream home. And not only that, he set me up with his mortgage broker who got my a great loan: 30 yr fixed rate at 3.25%!!! Jason is excellent at his job. We made our closing date and I was in my new house for Christmas. I felt like we were friends when it was over. But at the same time Jason is a true professional. He is probably the best real estate agent in PA. He was amazing, everything went so smoothly because of Jason Giamboni. When my wife’s Aunt passed away, she inherited her house. So, when it was time to sell the property, we didn’t even hesitate to call Jason. He will always be our real estate agent. There’s nobody better than him
