I have problems with Degenerative Disc Disease with severe radiculopathy & sciatica, significantly progressed spinal cord impingement due to a bad auto accident. I’ve just had my 3rd spine surgery in May of 2023 … suffer from a number of malady’s from C3 to S1, I also have foot issues, so land based therapy is painful. I have had PT OT & pain management off & on for over 25 years. This is the FIRST rehab center that I have used that provides direct one on one aqua therapy. I am very pleased & optimistic for improvement!

The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly and make you feel comfortable. They explain and show you what they want you to do and tell you what you should feel while doing that process I am very comfortable with everything that they do i'd highly recommend it to anybody that needs any type of therapy.

The attention from the staff varies greatly with the clinician. The PTA was more in tune with my needs than either of the PTs. She was motivating, critical when necessary and very flexible when my pain level varied from one vistit to another. One of the PTs was very hands off, just checking the boxes of completed exercises, even when my 2nd script specified "hands on scar and muscle manipulation." He looked at his computer screen more than he looked at me and how I was completing my program. The technicians were very supportive and kept the facility clean.

ATI has great staff that understands their job thinking in how to help their patients to give them the therapy they need.

Somehow 5 stars does not seem nearly enough. The entire staff went that extra mile while demonstrating their expertise and knowledge with compassion. They knew when to encourage and when to ease up. I would never have made the progress I have made if it had not been for ATT. Thank you.

The people know how to find the problem and build you a program to strengthen the right muscles to fix the problem. They are concerned with you pain level. The program will help you feel better quickly as quickly as possible. Great experience.

I was impressed with the evaluation and treatment of my son’s shoulder strain at the Avondale location. It was clear that they understood the physiology of not only the injury site but the referred pain that was happening in the nerves of the neck. From that point, within the first four sessions he experienced marked improvement and left with a set of exercises to continue to stay on top of it. Add to that a very flexible appointment scheduler and friendly staff who went above and beyond to explain the “what” and “why”. A great resource for athletes and post surgical therapy.

I was referred to ATI Avondale to assist with my arthritic hip and delay what will be the inevitable surgery.All the staff were highly professional from the start to the finish of my sessions. What was really useful to me was that, no matter what time I chose for my session, the Physiotherapist that treated me had all my information to hand and could step right in and continue the good work.After 6 weeks of twice weekly sessions there has been a significant improvement in the muscle strength in my hip and a noticeable reduction in the pain level. It has also helped my golf game! I am also left with a set of exercises I can continue at home to maintain this improvement.Jess - thank you to the whole ATI team at Avondale!

I’ve visited ATIAvondale in the past. With each condition, the therapist has been very thorough and professional. My last case was a sore back and hip. In less that 3 weeks, I’m pain free and making good progress getting back in the gym on a more regular basis. I’m looking forward to returning to the golf links in the spring.

I’m doing PT following my hip replacement surgery at ATI Avondale. Jess, Sue, Nancy and Lance are a great team! They are very friendly, knowledgeable and competent. They know when to push you and when to tell you to back off. They are definitely helping accelerate my recovery. I’d highly recommend this team for any PT needs.

Amazing staff in Avondale location! I have so much praise For Staff member Miss April! She literally removed a mucle pain in a 20 min (slightly painful massage lol) in a spasm area that has hurt for a couple months before I broke down and got therapy! April you are amazing and Thank you!! My body actually is starting to feel normal! Thanks also to Lance who got me to strengthen my core muscles which I will continue with exercises at home as well! I hv been called a PIA by a few but never had a PIA like I did lolol! Ty ATI and Miss April for the pain relief!!!!! I should have started sooner with you all! Miss Nancy is the sweetest also!!!!! TY ATI and Staff!
