Basher & Sons installed a hitch and wiring harness. I placed the order over the phone and once the hitch arrived, and the work was scheduled based on the delivery of the hitch. Work was completed professionally, on time and at a fair price. I highly recommend this establishment for hitch installations.

The guy behind the counter was friendly, check in was fast, would have been 5 stars but they forgot to put the furniture pads in the truck. Fortunately he took the charge off the bill later, so it's all good. On the other hand, UHaul's online reservation constantly tries to upsell you, and their mobile check in was confusing, I couldn't figure out if I had successfully returned the truck. So the physical experience with Basher was fine, but the digital experience with UHaul could have used some improvement.

They installed a brake controller in my Toyota Highlander and I am very pleased! Their work is very neat and nicely done and it looks great and works great! They know their stuff thanks!

So pleased with welding job on the shackle on our trailer. Even went extra step and reinforced welding on shackle on other side. Thank you Basher & Son for putting our minds at ease.

You just lost a 13 year customer today, one that has sent you countless others..but after the way Warren, treated and spoke to me today..Never again..additionally saw and listened to him scream at the top of his lungs at one of.his employees about closing a door. Ridiculous to treat anyone that way. I got stuck for $300 today, called to address the issue after the fact got berated again..lesson learned.. If you don't want to listen to or deal with customers then change careers. Thanks for ruining my day! On a side note..John that helped me couldnt have been nice or more courteous, do yourself a favor John, go where you're appreciated and that appreciation is shown..

Very rude to me from the second I walked in. They were very impatient to listen to what I had to say. Everything was either yes or no. I had asked them if their “total” price was everything and they had said yes, but after I already paid a deposit they told me there would be an extra cost of $500. They are very dishonest people looking to scam. Very disappointed with their business. After I was upset about them lying they kicked me out of the building. Truly one of my worst experiences.

Highly recommended! My family and I were 500 miles from home and our campers suspension broke. The part wasn't available anywhere, the best scenario was a 2 week order. They were very resourceful and with a little imagination found a solution to get us on the road again. We got home safely, with our camper, thanks to them. Thanks to you, we still managed to have a great vacation. Thank you for taking the time and thinking outside the box!

I really appreciate the amazing friendly and efficient service that our family received from Warren, John ,and Kim. They were all part of getting my vehicle and trailer Set up with my load leveling hitch and sway bar. The electric brakes work great. I had Basher & Son install a gooseneck hitch on a brand new truck I purchased in January 2018. They did a very sloppy installation job, but when I called them on it, they were very nice and fixed it to the extent they could. A year later, I engaged them to install an Air Lift system on the same truck. They ran into a complication, and actually abandoned the job about halfway through, leaving me stuck with $900 worth of equipment partially installed on a brand new truck. I was very unhappy, and they were indifferent. Luckily, I found Arty's service center in Coatesville the next day. Arty and his team completely straightened the issue out for me and did a nice job finishing the installation.
