“Absolutely love Orangetheory. The trainers are all fantastic and the workouts are challenging and always changing. This is the best overall workout I have ever been a part of. Orangetheory more life!!”
“CFKSQ is the best place out there! I recently completed the Health and Wellness Program, and took away so much from it! I have continued with the Nutrition Program, all led by Coach Rodney. The Health and Wellness pieces were excellent and covered a well-rounded set of fundamental pillars of health that affect you in and outside of the gym. It was a great way to connect everything together, and with Coach Rodney's help, it was easy to set short and long term goals and change habits in a sustainable way. The Nutrition Program has also been very informative, and is great for anyone overwhelmed by all the protein powder information, and pre/post workout food related advice out there. Coach Rodney has shared a wealth of information, held me accountable, answered lots of questions, and helped me with a plan that is getting me to my goals. The check ins are convenient and flexible, and the results thus far have truly been remarkable. I changed habits I never thought I would and it feels great! Highly recommend!”
“A friend asked me to join her for a class at CrossFit Reconstructed back in 2017. I’ll be honest, I was totally intimidated. I thought I had to be able to lift heavy. I thought I had to be a certain caliber of athlete to do CrossFit. I thought I would stand out like a sore thumb. I thought I wouldn’t be able to keep up. After more “coercion” from my friend, I went. I found that everything is scalable to my own personal ability. I found that the coaches ran a great group class that pushes ur ability but while also helping the individual. I found that I wasn’t just capable, but I found myself getting stronger and more fit.
And I also found a community where I’ve met some of my closest friends who push me to be better every day.
Side note: I recently left CrossFit for about 5 months to try another gym. That was short lived as I realized there’s truly nothing like it here. #lifer
Attending class is one of my favorite hours of the day, mentally, physically, emotionally. Highly recommend!”
“I went in after work for my first time around 2:00 a.m. on a Tuesday morning and the young man that was working was so helpful and so patient with me explaining every little thing to me he gave me an amazing tour”
“Great programming and excellent staff for the Bumblebee (Special Needs) program. It is almost impossible to find good care for special needs kids during the summer, but I was so happy with Jennersville's offerings and I was blown away by the Counselors and Staff. My daughter has autism, epilepsy and ADHD - she can be a challenging child at times. And I know this is a tough population of kids to provide services for but Jennersville far exceeded my expectations. I hope they keep the Bumblebee program in the future - special needs kids deserve to have an amazing, fun and friendship-filled summer experience and Jennersville provided that for them. Thank you Jennersville!”

“Thanks OTF Newark for starting my days off right! I love the workouts, the coaches, the community, and the staff! It’s always a friendly atmosphere and all bodies are welcome. It’s a “you vs. you” atmosphere which I love.I’ve met some of my favorite people here. We focus on performance and celebrate each other’s wins!”
“My son Connor has been working out with Jake and Dom at Anchor fitness for the past two years. The sports performance classes have been the best fit for him. Small classes with instructors who truly care about the athletes. He looks forward to going every afternoon! His strength and fitness level have made huge strides and he is seeing all the off season hard work pay off on the baseball field this spring. Not only are they getting a good workout but the instructors are teaching them the about their muscles and how the exercises will help them.”

“I had the best experience at Anytime Fitness and with their staff. One of the owners, Tony, was so kind and understanding when I got a new job that gives me access to a full gym and wanted to cancel my Anytime membership. Ritzy, a personal trainer, is always so welcoming and facilitates the most comfortable space to workout! The time I spent at Anytime was filled with efficient and updated equipment, an uplifting environment, and a clean space. Everyone is welcoming and respectful. I highly recommend this gym to anyone interested in a local, community focused fitness center.”

“I really enjoy this location. Some may think it is quite small, but I do think it is equipped with enough squat racks, free weights, and machines (for lifting and cardio) to get a really good workout in. The best part for me is the gym being open for 24 hours. I work long hours during the day so being able to get in a workout after work without having to rush is greatly appreciated. While I have not interacted with the staff much because I tend to work out later in the evening/night, the few interactions I have had have been outstanding!”

“Great gym for busy lifestyle. Never crowded like the big box gyms. Trainers are top notch and always available to help. 24hr access is total benefit that no other gyms in the area have.”

“My friend convinced me to attend a class here when they were still in Newark, and I've come even more often now that they've moved to Hockessin. The studio is bright and spacious, with a variety of acro apparata.I would say that most of this studio's classes are more focused on beginners than experienced circus aerialists. The beginner classes are a good start for people who are kind of easing back into fitness after a break or who want to start something that doesn't involve bouncing or jumping. Most of the classes focus on sling or hammock low to the ground, though they do offer silks and lyra. They also offer bungee classes, which are fun and an intense cardio workout (though it takes a few sessions for the harnesses to stop pinching.)If someone I knew wanted to try aerial acrobatics but was concerned that her strength and fitness wasn't good enough yet, I'd feel pretty confident recommending this place as a place to build that strength.”
“This gym is the best. The gym has all the equipment you could need and is always super clean. The personal training is consistent and effective. I’ve seen great improvements in just a few months. Owner and other members are super friendly and willing to help. It’s definitely a great place to work out and achieve goals.”
“I have belonged to many gyms over the years including the HAC and Orange. The YMCA in Newark is awesome. Their front desk customer service is very friendly and helpful. Every Les Mills Body combat teacher is outstanding. They give step by step instructions and clearly love what they do. This YMCA is a 5 star PLUS in my view.”

“This is a very good gym for the price but without free weights like barbells it makes it a little bad will this planet fitness ever get free weights like others? With free weights it’d easily be a 10/10 gym!”
“An amazing facility at the University. It could be organized slightly better considering each floor had a mix of everything on it. The school should concider making one floor free weights, another cable type machines, and the next floor as all cardio.”

“It’s a great place but on weekends and Fridays when kids want to go play basketball or hit the gym they close to early. I feel like they should open up Saturday for a few extra hours cause some people got nothing else to do or students don’t got school?”
“So the staff is super nice, gym is very well kept, but im giving it a five star because apparently I left my 500$ Sony headphones here over the weekend on a shelf completely visible to everyone and nobody took them or anything. ? I thought I had lost them forever! Bless”
“First person in the gym this morning walk down the steps to the weight room and the first thing I see is a pallet of all new rogue training plates. HAC has really stepped up their game lately with the millions of dollars they have put into the club and I am extremely pleased. Most of the equipment in the weight room is new and the things that aren't I'm hoping they consider upgrading in the future (new benches) Overall so so pleased with my experience. Everyone is extremely friendly.”
“Lovely for a drop-in for open gym! I met the coaches Matt, Chloe, Brian, Jen and the owner Britt who were all very friendly! Big space with lots of equipment, separate spaces for open gym and classes”
