I can walk up to any employee and ask where I can find something. They don't treat you like you disrupted there day. How they know where everything is at is beyond me. Excellent customer service Lowe's. You nailed it. 🤣

I just want to say I was very pleased with the service I was offered today. Eileen the associate did an amazing job, turned an almost dreadful visit to an amazing one. The day prior I came in to buy a dryer washer combo helped by a young lady, but failed to inform me that the dryer was getting delivered. I went in today to pick it up and found out that it was still in progress being shipped and I was a bit disappointed. Eileen was helping me and refunded me, as well as walked back to the appliance desk to help me find a washer and dryer that were in stock and she did. She rung me up and gave me all the installation items needed and in a very very timely manner she brought down the washer and dryer for me. She did not take long at all and she was more than happy to help me. She brought them out to my truck and had someone help me load them, a tall gentleman with a blue vest, I didn’t catch his name. Regardless if you go to Lowe’s in Avondale you need to go see Eileen! I have seen her there before but have never really needed her help so now with any issues I’ll go to her! Thank you.

UPDATE: 6/27/25 After the prompt response from Corporate, I made the unwanted journey to the Avondale Lowes to get the problem rectified. The associate magically pulled up the refrigerator on their device and it showed $1099.00 and I was refunded the difference. This should have been taken care of on the first visit.
Bought the Hisense HRF266N6CSE1 refrigerator in store for $1199.00 on Saturday 6/21/25. Went online, shopping the AVONDALE LOWES website and it was now $1099.00 on 6/24/25. My wife drove to the Avondale Lowes location and was told by customer service they could not honor the $100 difference because the associate called up the Avondale Lowes website in store, and it showed $1199.00. I am on the Avondale Lowes website right now, on 6/24/25 @ 1:50pm and it is showing $1099.00...I guess I'm an idiot and a liar.

Just wanted to call to see if the item I wanted was back in stock. I was put on hold for over 20 minutes. Tried to call back and was put on hold again (even when I said wait when the operator said please hold). Was on hold another 10 minutes and no one picked up. Service has always been a downfall at this Lowe’s. I’ll travel a longer distance to go to Home Depot from now on. We have given this Lowe’s too many chances.

They lost me as a customer. They had a trash can marked down and refused to sell it to me. If they were selling 1 specific trash can they should have put the clearance sticker on that single can. IMO good customer service would have granted me the 1 trash can and they would have taken down the clearance sticker.

It's Lowe's. It never has what you need. No one knows where anything is and what they do have is overpriced and under quality. Itll get you ' close enough ' until you order the proper parts elsewhere.

Stood around for 20 minutes waiting for someone to unlock some tools since they decided to lock everything up. The old fool that finally came was too stupid to even open the case. It’s a nice looking store but the service is garbage.
