Ordered a dishwasher and installation through this location. Installers shower up and partially dismantled the old dishwasher only to discover that someone took the tool needed to remove it completely off of their truck so they needed to come back another day to finish installation. They came back a few days later only to charge us an extra fee of about $140 for having to come out a second time which was being charged by Lowe’s. If the installers only had the proper equipment the first time they would never have had to return. What a scam by Lowe’s. I called Lowe’s to dispute the charge and was told I would get a callback from the store manager…..never did.

The hardware selection here is the worst of a lowes within 20 miles. It’s never upkept , never organized and the selection is the smallest out of any lowes within 20 miles

Came here in the midst of a kitchen remodel. Ryan was so friendly, kind, and helpful. I walked into the store feeling a bit stressed and walked out feeling so grateful that I got to be assisted by someone so patient and helpful. Thank you Ryan.

Very rude sales clerk, when trying to purchase a ton of wood pellets. Not very helpful and difficult to speak with. She seemed frustrated that the phone was ringing and couldn’t answer the the problem. Couldn’t figure out how to get my information from computer system and just gave up. You have lost my business and will tell everybody not use this store in Avondale

Great store , except for them going totally self check out. Seems all the larger corporation stores are doing this. Unacceptable considering the prices

They charged me an installation fee for an oven without notifying me that a separate kit was necessary for the installation by THEIR contractor. If they had a brain, this kit would have been included in the price of installation. Instead, I got a call by the contractor at the last minute that they couldn’t perform the service without the necessary kit. Does Loewsexpect their customers to be psychic about this stuff?! It was on THEM to either include the kit within the installation fee or notify the customer at the time of payment that such a kit needed to be purchased. Never trusting these grifters again. And I’m contacting my credit card to get the fee back from them!

It’s hit or miss if they have what I’m looking for. Even if you look on the app before you go, it will say it’s in stock then you get there and can’t find it. Also they got rid of all the regular registers and only have self check out. I don’t mind self checkout in general and usually prefer it, but sometimes you have a lot of items or specialty items that need to be input in a way that self checkout won’t allow. It’s nice to have at least one regular register for when those things occur.

I work at Lowe’s part time and buy quite a bit here. I am buying wood as I am redoing rooms. I had to go to Oxford lumber since Lowe’s did not have a piece of wood I needed. I decided to check their prices on the wood which I just bought at Lowe’s. Oxford prices were much cheaper. I bought the same wood there and took back the wood I had purchased at Lowe’s. My savings was about 115.00 dollars with my employee discount included. This was on about 500 dollars worth of wood. Disappointed that Lowe’s are taking advantage of customers with their prices. I will continue buying wood at Oxford feed and lumber for now on.

I was hired as a overnight stocker... How they treat employees in illegal and inhumane! I am locked in the store with no A/C or heat. During my clocked out time for lunch I am locker in the building against my will unable to go get food. I was told my pay was biweekly and still haven't been paid. Prisoners are treated better then a employee at this lowes. CORPORATE SAID THIS IS NOT HOW EMPLOYEES ARE TO BE TREATED YET NO CHANGE WAS MADE. DON'T NOT WORK HERE

I hate to hate Lowes, but they've earned my detest. Given that it was only 5 minutes from my home and the frequency that I shopped there, going elsewhere is a pain. BUT, I can't support a business that doesn't stand behind their products and service. Yesterday, our patio sliding door spontaneously shattered. Absolutely nothing hit it and the door is rarely even opened or used. There was a sudden loud noise and the glass was completely crackled. I purchased the door at and had it installed by Lowe's in 2019... I don't think a 5 year old door is supposed to simply explode. Lowe's response was sorry, we only guarantee our work for one year and breakage isn't covered by the manufacturer warranty. ? Even though "Spontaneous breakage of tempered glass is most commonly caused by chipped or nicked edges during installation, stress caused by binding in the frame, internal defects such as nickel sulfide inclusions, thermal stresses in the glass, and inadequate thickness to resist high wind loads." Not sure how any of that sounds like it should be my problem rather than Lowes or Atrium/Reliabilt's problem to fix.
