Santander has been my bank for years. The Avondale Branch has been and will always remain my go to bank. Every teller and banker that I have encountered there have always been so pleasant to do business with. They have always gone above and beyond to provide exceptional service. Thank you!

We had a 9 am appointment for a closing on a house. All that was needed from us was a signature and a copy of a driver's license. You would expect that a financial institution of this caliber would have everything in order for this appointment. We each took off work, drove over an hour only to find that there was an issue. All that was needed from us, specifically, was a signature and a copy of a license. We were initially told that we could do that now and the rest could be handled by the other parties. Once we arrived we were told differently and that they would call us when ready. In my job I would really hear it if I had done anything like this. I expected more.

Nothing like waiting in a grocery store with 12 bags waiting and you keep calling the branch to have your pin unlocked and the people working there say they will call you back 35 minutes later still no call called the branch back the two people working there are with customers are you kidding me get more associates employed then.
