“Love the convenience of this location! Postal workers are always inviting, happy, and helpful. I usually go early in the morning, and I've never experienced a long line, so I'm in and out.. I typically will buy some stamps to collect and love when they remind me when new ones have come out!!”

“These guys were phenomenal for me, Kerel, Aarron, and Eric not only helped me produce laminated menus on a super tight deadline, they advised me through the ordering process of which I was confused with. They also caught major and minor errors in the print during the process allowing me to avoid a huge embarrassment with a new client, saved me a ton of money, and still executed the project in top quality under deadline!! “So my experience in the past with shipping has not been good. I ship items from all across US to FL every week and for thousands of dollars every month. This UPS store is very good and very affordable. If you are reading this review and shipping items won from the area auction houses, this UPS store is very good. If you need help or need advice on shipping items affordable they in my experience are exceptional. I spend time and money with shipping companies and Parcel and More is extremely fair with shipping and packing. I have read reviews from others and communication and helpfulness is always mentioned and it should. So please ignore the 1 star reviews the operation and communication is far superior than other shipping operators and definitely the best when compared to other UPS stores. Remember these are franchise operators and not owned by UPS. So each location has different management and staff. I was apprehensive at first but once I began the staff impressed me so please give them an opportunity and ignore the nonsense of the 1 star reviews. Thank you Parcel & More. I really had to say something since people have not reviewed your store correctly.”

“I have never really had an issue with this place, except few years back their was terrible grumpy lady at the desk, that didn't say anything to you walked and acted like you are nuisance. I love my mail carriers though. I never had any major issues with packages being lost/or opened. they been damaged but i don't think it's necessarily their fault.”

“We walk in today to renew my passport and my friend to get a new one. We luck out, Jason, postmaster was on duty. He is friendly, efficient, calm and put you at ease. If all the employees are like him, everyone will likely come back to the place. He should get an award from the Postal office, hope all the postmasters like him. He got us out from there in no time and still able to serve regular customers. Thank you..”

“Staff is always there keeping the place clean, decorating, helping customers answer questions, and are always exceptionally friendly. I go here over the Kennett Square USPS despite being only a few yards away from the Kennett location.”
