Hassle Free. I needed a new plug for my trailer when i got there and they helped. I would thank them over and over again. Fine star all the way.

The representatives here were quite rude, consistently interrupted, and were not knowledgeable on UHaul's policies. If you're looking for seamless, polite service, this is NOT the place to go to. I'd recommend driving out a little further for better service and more professionalism (heck, any professionalism) than patroning this UHaul location. If I could give them 0 stars, I would.
