“I’m so happy to have found this vet service for my dogs. I love that you can request appointments online and they get back to you so quickly. They are extremely reasonable in pricing too! My dogs always get a bundled service for their vaccines and check up. I also had my one pup have surgery here for his nose and they did a phenomenal job and I was completely at ease. They truly care about your pets!”
“I've been going to Nonantum since it first opened in the 1980's. I don't live near Nonantum, and I pass at least 3 other vet offices on my way to Nonantum, but I have never considered going to a vet closer to home. Everyone there is compassionate and caring. They used to have the lowest prices around. They are quite a bit more expensive today, but so is everything else. I don't know how they compare price wise to other vets, because I haven't been to any other vets since discovering Nonantum. So, they may still be the lowest priced vet. I just don't know. The office is always clean and everyone there is always friendly. I have nothing at all bad to say about the place other than I very much miss Debbie Roberts, who started Nonantum in the 1980's. She passed way before her time. If you are looking for a new vet, Nonantum will not disappoint. I have yet to see a vet there that I didn't like a lot.”

“I could not recommend Drs. Flanagan enough. In July, we had to face the decision of saying goodbye to our 14-year-old boxer dog, Rusty. It was a devastating decision for both of us, but Dr. Robert reached out to us very quickly after my initial inquiry, was incredibly compassionate over the phone and said exactly what we needed to hear to know that this was the right decision and the right time.Dr. Robert and Dr. Karli came out to our home, were compassionate and caring with our best pal as we said goodbye to him. Dr. Karli gave us a shaving of Rusty's hair in a little heart-shaped tin. They made the arrangements for cremation and I was able to pick up Rusty within a week. The pet cremation company they work with gave us a paw-print impression and his remains are in a beautiful wooden box with an engraved plate.Making the decision to euthanize a beloved pet is an awful thing, but I commend this practice for helping us navigate a very painful time in our lives. To us, it was worth the money to be able to say goodbye to Rusty in our home.(The pic is Rusty from happier times- Such a handsome boy!)”

“I brought my cat in to be seen because she had been acting off for a few days. I am working out of town, so I wasn't sure who to get to see her. Crestview worked me in. They are the nicest people and was so gentle and competent with her. Dr Hiller shared what she thought the problem was and what her plan of care was. She also talked to me about some of the injections she thought would help, but confirmed with me the price and if I still wanted her to have it. The up front staff was so kind and got her records from my home vet so that they could give my cat the best possible care. I am so pleased that I found this clinic!”
“I cannot say enough good things about this vet clinic!! Dr Beck and everyone working here are the kindest people I've ever met! From the first email they worked with care and concern to get my bunny scheduled for his check up and neuter. Everyone took great care of my bunny and he's back home to his normal, loving self!! “We just brought our dog, Ollie, for his first visit here. It was a great experience! All of the staff were welcoming and meeting with Dr. Todd exceeded my expectations. He was very kind and personable, extremely knowledgeable and clearly passionate about animals. He did not at all make us feel rushed as we had experienced at our previous vet. He gave us plenty of opportunities to ask questions and answered them clearly and thoroughly. Ollie was the calmest he had ever been in that environment so I could tell it was a great fit for him too. I can't recommend Dr. Todd enough. As a major bonus, the cost of our visit was surprisingly affordable for the level of service we received. Thank you to the whole staff for all that you do.”
“We had to make that horrible decision to put our beloved lab down. I called our primary vet first. I was told they couldn’t find her file and when the file was found they would call me back. They called back 4 hours later informing me they were down a Dr. and couldn’t euthanize our dog this week. So I called VCA of Newark. Not only were they very sympathetic , but they offered to take her that day. They were there for us and our dog thru the entire process. We are so thankful that their staff and vets were so caring and gentle. If we get another dog, we are going to VCA and no longer using our vet that can never find the files.”

“He was a great Veterinarian. I took animals to him for years until his retirement. He was great with them and seemed to know his job very well.He didn't charge an arm and a leg. He seemed to care about the animals more than most. He was reasonable and he could know what was wrong by just looking at them sometimes. He was always great with the animals and I miss him horribly. He looked at my one animal and said I believe she has a thyroid disease. He treated her and she recovered quite quickly and went on to live many years afterwards. He was a great Veterinarian.”
“Dr Pote is very thorough on his exams. He gets us in for emergency appointments same day. He cares deeply for his patients. He handles them lovingly. His prices cant be beat. Top notch and would highly recommend.”
“Pretty good experience with them. I brought my baby girl in for her routine shots and check up. She is Shitzu and Yorkie mixed.The reception was nice when I checked in. We did wait maybe 45mins before we seen the actual vet. The assistant came into the room checked her out and asked questions then the vet came in. I did get some shampoo and medication ? for her itching.The Vet was very nice and informative. He answered all my questions.I do wish the assistant or Doctor explained how much everything was going to be because I was shocked at the $280+ cost once I got to the desk and had to leave without some items because I wasn't prepared to spend so much on medication. I got everything she needed and overall the experience was good.”

They are affordable and very welcoming, they even wrote a note for me that I needed for pet insurance and did so in a timely manner. The vet has given me great advice for my cat who constantly has ear problems. They even took the time to get to know my nervous dog, talking calmly and giving him treats to make him more comfortable, I was very impressed.”

After my cat was deemed stable, he was able to wait wth me while waiting to be seen. I have been to ER hospitals where your pet is taken for hours while you wait and worry! Constant communication during your wait... BIG difference!”
“Dr Anthony and staff are absolutely like family. My little one has recently left one vet to this one, due to a move, and I see why everyone loves this place. Dr. Anthony treated her as if she were his own little puppy. Dr. Anthony did not talk too high level for me and was honest and caring. It was a breath of fresh air. In an emergency situation, their nurse anesthesis saved our vacation departure by taking our Westie to her home. That was above and beyond the usual services.”

“I am also surprised at these negative reviews, although I haven't had any experience with some of the exotic animals discussed by some reviewers. My experience with this practice is limited to canine treatment. Most Vets are pretty expensive, and I didn't think this practice was any more or less than others I've been to in the past. What I especially like about Dr. Lon is his diagnostic abilities. Dr. Lon is very knowledgeable and experienced, and doesn't over-read test results/x-rays or pressure clients to undertake unnecessary treatment(s). Even after we moved from the area, we'd still find ourselves gravitating toward Dr. Lon for second opinions and take-over treatment when our local Vets came up empty.”

“I love this clinic. You can tell dr Beach really cares about the animals and isn't just trying to make a buck. His assistant James is also very friendly and down to earth. The front desk could definitely use some training in the bedside manner department lol don't let her deter u this is a wonderful vet and the prices are reasonable. His experience speaks for itself. I highly recommend this office we use it for all of our rescue animals ❤️”
