“I had a 4-wheel alignment done here on 9/2 and follow-up service on 10/15. The rear tires are still showing severe inner-edge wear after ~5,000 miles. I contacted the service advisor multiple times by text and email, but received no reply. The issue remains unresolved. Very disappointing experience. 12/18 After further inspection and adjustment, the rear tire wear appears to be resolved so far. I will continue to monitor it, but everything looks good at this point. Thank you for the follow-up and support.”

“I had a Sony XAV-AX4000 installed in my 2016 Toyota Camry, and the installation was clean and professional. Wireless Apple CarPlay works great, and my factory backup camera was retained. He also installed my WOLFBOX X3 Pro dash cam at no extra charge, which I really appreciated. When the steering wheel controls didn’t work initially, he immediately ordered the correct Maestro adapter and is taking care of the issue. It’s great to work with someone who stands behind his work and is committed to making everything right. “They were super communicative and polite. They answered my questions and kept me informed, stuck to the timeline, and got me in quicker then other shops I called. My work was almost $20k so they did a lot of work on the car and everything appeared to be done well. I had a pretty good experience up until the end. I would have given a 5star but I was a little disappointed they left the car dirtier than expected and the car was 5 miles to E so I barely made it to a gas station after pickup. Other than that I would recommend based on their work.”

It needed to be done because I still had another half of my trip to go the next day to NJ. Engine might have failed if I did not get it fixed. “Great place to buy pretty much anything car part related. Good stock. Quick service. Employee's are not just bodies running a computer, they can answer questions related to auto parts. I special ordered an electrical part they didn't stock. It was late in the day. First thing next morning I received a phone call and a voicemail message telling me my part was in. They offer military discounts and well as sign up discount cash for joining their frequent purchaser group. All in all, O'Reilly Auto is far superior to Advance Auto Parts, Auto Zone and most reginal chains. I'd put them a step above most newer NAPA locations as their business model has been slipping the last decade or so. After 45 years in the automotive repair business, I'm qualified to know the difference between a quality auto supply house and a chain selling floor mats wiper blades and fluids. Prices are beyond reasonable compared to most. I rate them 11/10.. at least the Cranberry location and the others I've used.”
“Saturday night, 8:30 pm, 10 degrees in Pittsburgh, my husband and I get off a plane to find that our vehicle wouldn’t start at the Charlie Brown Airport parking. Jumping it didn’t work. We were frantic and desperate.
JOHN HIDEY at O’Reilly Auto, store # 6640, was an absolute angel sent from God, in our time of need. No exaggeration. He patiently walked me through purchasing the vehicle battery online, the tools to do the work, but most of all….he offered to bring it to us after he closed the store at 9 pm. Any question I had, they got me to who I needed to talk to quickly. The General manager was very helpful and informative about how the insurance process for the repair was going to be handled, he answered all questions I had. Any time there was a delay with a part or there was any updates with my car, they called me. I always felt informed about where my car was at in the process of being repaired. The body work and the paint job are beautiful. This was my first time using this body shop and I am very happy this is where I chose to have my Repairs done.”

I have gone to another car repair shop that was bigger (and a “Select” shop by State Farm) — they did an ok job, but clearly rushed/several problems not fixed well, including one that had to be fixed by the dealership later.
