“I will start by saying I am constantly skeptical about dealerships and small garages. I needed repairs done to my S60 and a dealership wanted entirely too much money to accomplish the repairs. After driving past Bob's garage for years I finally decided to stop and get their opinion on what I needed done. Bob Jr. And Bob Sr. are both very personable and clearly have years of experience working on Volvo's. I felt that I was in the right place and confident that my car would be in good hands. I saved a ton of money and my car was back in working order after having them complete the work. If you own a Volvo and need repair work, I highly recommend you stop or call Bob's Import service before going anywhere else. I am confident you won't regret it. 5/5 stars!!”

While there, I asked about a part for our “new used” car, and, while I didn’t have time to straighten it out, they stated that when I was ready, to give them a call, and they’d comb their inventory and let me know if they have what I need. He quoted me a great price and we made the appointment. I dropped the car off and found out that the job was not anywhere near as simple as what was anticipated. Multiple days and a whole lot of man hours were put into that car, and I was kept aware every step of the way. “Wonderful experience today, notably with Michael! Another young lady was also welcoming and both treated me with professionalism, respect and kindness when I needed a “check engine light” checked. MIchael was able to quickly test with a monitor for free. Turned out the code came up saying it was just an oxygen sensor reading which allowed me to safely continue driving. That was such a relief since it was a Sunday and most other places are closed.I highly recommend and will turn to this place for future needs.”

“If you aren't getting your parts from NAPA, and you continue to go to Autozone or Advanved, you're doing it wrong.The guys at Napa know what they are doing, and will do whatever they can to help you find the part you need. I've called to get parts ordered, and have had them call me back 20-30 minutes later, telling me they were able to find it either cheaper, or faster, and that should let you know that they care about you as a customer, because they're still trying to help you out, even after you've hung up.These guys sell quality parts, for a reasonable price. They may not be as cheap as the other guys, but you won't be replacing the same sensor every six months, either.”

“I felt kind of weary this sunday afternoon The weight of the world on me and I felt my oil may be low on my cadillac . I went into this store in rochester and I had mentioned or mumbled that I couldn't see my My gypstick clearly. I grabbed my oil and at the register I was told I was one quart low . I found that the assistant manager mark had checked my oil and even left the hood open works an awesome guy And that's what I call great customer service.”
