“I went in the other day to get wiper blades. I got a lot of help getting the blades. When I went home to put them on, I couldn't figure out how to replace them. I drove back down to napa and Patrick was amazing! He came out and replaced the wipers for me. I tried giving him a tip and he refused to take it from me! I'm forever grateful for the help from Patrick! All the employees there are really nice and don't try to sell you something you don't need. The store is clean and well organized! Jamie G. is also another amazing employee I'd love to give a shout out to. Thank you to all of you for all of the help you've given me!!”

I asked if I could have the car back within the week (need to work on the weekends) and they hustled to get it done and was very communicative about their progress.
