I have been to this car wash several times and all the employees are very personable. They really take the time to get to know their regular customers. I’ve also met the owner and he is a consummate professional. I have been to many car washes and Crown Car Wash definitely gives me the best results that last. 10/10 would recommend.Service: Full body wash

Good staff. Car was clean when done. Free vacuum when completed but there were cars lined up in front of them so couldn’t use the vacuum. I think they were there for a free vacuuming because their cars were all dirty lol.

Absolutely ridiculous procedures. They busted my windshield wiper completely off. When the issue was brought up, they pointed at a sign and said it’s not their problem. I used to use them all the time and enjoyed supporting a local business. I highly do not recommend them anymore.Service: Full body wash

I sent an email regarding an issue I had. The owner called me directly within an hour, on a Sunday afternoon just to resolve the issue. This company doesn't just offer the best prices around, they are VERY professional. They take customer service seriously.

Excellent customer service from who I can only assume was the owner (I could be very wrong.. but either way). He noticed I looked a bit lost and confused and kindly asked me if I needed help with anything. He then informed me of some of the services they had, broke down the prices for me and gave me a token for the vacuum afterwards. I wasn’t able to use the vacuum token on this visit but I will be back soon!Service: Full body wash

Have a monthly wash with them and says they close at 6pm I pull in 540 and they’re closed. Canceling my membership. Takes my 15minutes to drive here and close 20 minutes till I can see 10 till 6. Should just change your hours till 530pm instead of 6pm.

Manual wash does not have a timer or time warning. Put extra quarters in after i put in the required 2.50 and they did not increase the time. Left with car half rinsed and i even skipped the pre soak.

Crown car wash has always been exceptional, sometimes just don't have the time to go when they have the pass. But you get what you pay for I will be back.

My only issue and it's a rather big issue is when I go through the auto wash there is no pre soak they dump a little soap then immediately start scrubbing while car is still mostly dry! Pretty sure it left a bunch of small scratches all over the side of my car
