May Ervin- Naegele was the best tax agent I’ve ever had she was so down to earth and talked and talked walked me through everything was sweet and fast will continue to see her and only her !!!!!

Very very disappointing. They did them wrong and now I can not get a hold of anyone. The one office open told me I had to call another office. They won't answer there phone, called the other office back they said they can't reach them. Finally gave me the number for customer service. Very unprofessional, couldn't do my local taxes. Supposed to be a good price but ended up paying over two hundred with added fees and they are done wrong. Would not recommend at all. Please check all fees and support small business instead.
