I would give a zero star if I could. New construction, took them months to install master lock. We had to drive 10 miles to pickup mail living in Marshall township. My amazon package was dropped in a wrong lockbox and there was no key left in my mailbox to grab my package. When I asked the mailman dropping mails at the mail room. He was giving attitude and that he needs to see my id and what not, but was humbled after he found out my package was in a completed wrong lockbox.

These folks ROCK. My mail is (almost) NEVER delivered wrong. Hey, when I applied for a passport… they HELPED MAKE IT SIMPLE. I have nothing but positive things to say about the governmental employees for this location. Much #Respect

I have lived in Baden 4 years. I have had to go into the post itself a handful of times. Each is an exercise in being patient while I am receiving rude customer service. Whether it has been handling my mail delivery, signing for a package, or mailing out packages. Each visit is more unpleasant than the last. I feel I know the names of all my neighbors because I keep receiving their mail.

Terrible customer service. They are rude every time. I never ever leave reviews, but that's how upset I am. I really think I'm going to go out of my now to avoid that place. Yes, you can tell they are miserable and hate their job, but there is no need to take it out on the customers. Avoid these rude people.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The old guy working here is completely rude to customers. You can tell he hates his job and he passes that down to the customers. They would not help me with my issue. The seems more interested in their 1 hour lunch break ( which they close down the office for) then resolving my problem. I dont see how hard it is to look up a tracking receipt number but neither the rude man or the lazy women clerk would even attempt. Simply say we cant help you and made me feel completely stupid for even asking them for help. I would drive 20 mins away instead of visiting this office full of rude employees who dont care about the customers.

If I could give a negative number I would, the service is awful and rude. I asked for holiday stamps and had the postal employee scream at me that they didn't have them, and her boss wasn't working today If I wanted them Maybe they would have them later today and I could stop back and check!

I went in on Saturday to renew my passport. They wanted nothing to do with me cause I didnt make an appoitment. I called on Monday, and asked for days and hours specifically they do passports. The lady on phone told me, but do you think she would of mentioned I needed an appoitment?? NOPE!!! So I didnt make one, and the first time I did a passport at that exact location, it was on a Saturday, I didn't need an appoitment then and it was in June 2017. So I wasted my time going in here, asked for help, said they couldn't cause they do NOT take walk ins, and they were sooooo busy. HAHAHAH There was only 1 couple in there at the time and they werent even at the counter, they were filling out paper work. Place needs better customer service. I had everything I needed filled out and completed. Do you think they would of 'went out of there way' to help me cuz my stuff basically just needed mailed and I needed an updated picture taken?? NOPE told me to go home and do it myself.
