My experience was great.From the time I entered the store to the time I left I was treated like a valued customer. Brittney & Salaar-the managers & Eunique the sales associate are doing an Awesome job. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. This is the only location I go to (City Ave) because I know I'll walk out with a smile 😃 on my face. They treated me like family. I highly recommend this location to anyone who's looking for a better internet & phone services.For 30+years,I have always dealt with AT&T at this particular location.

Went in to get a new phone for our Son, which we did, and to change our plan. Our plan is just too much for us, and to our surprise, our next bill was one hundred dollars more. We've been with ATT for over twenty years. I'd rather not, but it may be time to move on, I don't feel we are being listened to.

Great store. Nigel helped me pair my new IPhone with Bluetooth. Being a senior I couldn’t figure it out, he was professional, knowledgeable but most importantly kind. Look him up when you need a new phone.

There aren’t enough positive words to describe Don at the bala Cynwyd location. The man is amazing, patient, kind and explained everything to me multiple times to make sure I fully understood what I was purchasing. We were there for a long time and he never once tried to rush us. This store is very lucky to have him.
