About Bala Gymnastics
Bala Gymnastics offers a rhythmic gymnastics program that focuses on age-appropriate conditioning exercises and dance-like routines. The gym has a spacious basketball court-sized space with ample parking and bathroom facilities. While the training approach may not suit every child, especially younger beginners, the coaches are praised for their support and encouragement, particularly during competitions. As a long-standing participant notes, Bala appears welcoming to new gymnasts and their families.

Nice one basketball court size gym with hoops at each end with two half court hoops able to be set up as well. Has a men's and women's bathroom inside, and plenty of parking outside.

Our child has been with Bala Gymnastics for nearly 10 years. Note to other commenter: this is rhythmic gymnastics and does not utilize the equipment you refer to. As a long-time participant this kind of thing can be difficult to judge but Bala certainly seems welcoming to new gymnasts and families.
