“I recently purchased a luxurious Boubou from Roos Khadijah’s store for a Nigerian Introduction ceremony, and I am so glad I found her! I needed something last minute and had spent days searching online with no luck, then I came across Khadijah’s boutique. Her boubous and dresses are absolutely stunning. I felt like royalty the moment I put mine on, and I received countless compliments throughout the event.
Khadijah herself was incredibly sweet, professional, and patient. You can tell she is truly talented and passionate about her craft. If you need something elegant, high-quality, and unique for any special occasion, I highly recommend her shop. I’ll definitely be returning!”
“I came in late afternoon to try on some boots I saw online, ended up falling in love with a different pair. The two staffs here this afternoon are super sweet and helpful, especially the lady with dark hair and a shining pair of Dr. Martens. She made good suggestions, and gave advices about how to select the right ones and how to take care of them. The store’s a bit small on the outside but they have a pretty decent selection. Definitely gonna come back and get my new boots here!

“Great store. Men’s and women’s sections are well organized. Plenty of stock and selection. Store personnel are busy working so you need to ask for help if you need it. The clothing quality is great and last a long time with many washes. The store has great sales and fun events. Definitely a great place to shop. “This is the best punk, goth, alternative store in Philly! I always find the most unique stuff there you will never see online. Plus they have a huge t shirt wall of the coolest bands. I didn't have to wander aimlessly in a clothing store to get someone to help open up the fitting room area. And this was 2 different staff members that helped. A lot of different variety for clothes and best of all the quality of AE has improved, this is my main reason for coming back to this store after many years.
