Mabel at the CVS on Rock Hill Road in Bala Cynwyd was really helpful today. Because of a couple of absent employees, she took initiative to wait on several pharmacy pickup customers at one time and did so accurately and while smiling the whole time. Kelly stepped up and helped when she could, also! What great customer service!

The pharmacist who assisted me today deserves my utmost gratitude. Usually, my prescription costs a staggering $400 for 180 pills, which puts a significant strain on my finances. However, I couldn't possibly refuse the medication. To my astonishment, the pharmacist informed me that she could apply a coupon that would reduce the cost of this $400 medication to a mere $40. The overwhelming shock almost brought tears to my eyes right there in the store. I cannot express enough how thankful I am to her and to CVS. Moments like these reaffirm why I consider you guys my go-to pharmacy, and they solidify my loyalty as a lifelong customer.

They need to STOP closing the pharmacy completely for all to lunch together. Stagger lunches as nurses do to provide prepared meds to customers. Why do we have to remember their lunch HOUR to pick up our medicines??!!!

One star is too many.Use any other cvs this one is the most incompetent pharmacy I have ever experienced. They don't pick up their phones. I have to call other cvs' to get in touch w them. Go somewhere they actually care about your healthcare.

On my second trip today. Arrived 1:15 and waited in line 20 minutes and they closed for lunch after the person in front of me was helped. I know they are short staffed but a work around and sign outdoors on this would help others who are on their lunch hour from jobs that are also short on staff.

This has to be the worst business I've ever encountered. I'm unfortunately stuck with it because I need my family to pick up meds as I am unable to drive at night.What kind of a place has people wait in drive- thru for over an hour? If you can't operate a drive thru- PUT A SIGN UP!!! As a senior with specific needs there are times when a phone call would clarify for me whether or not to hire an Uber or find another person to drive- only they DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE!!! I've waited several times for 2 hours only to hear the pharmacist wishes to speak to you please call back. CVS is profitable enough to find ways to manage this and other problems. Instead of telling people they will connect to the pharmacy- why not say that the wait will be over an hour- and then as do other businesses- provide options for call backs- but NOOOO.There is no excuse for the manner by which this place treats customers who are often ill and fragile like me.

Generally, everyone is very polite, professional, and pleasant. However, they seem to be perpetually short-handed as there is usually a wait in the store. They have gone out of their way to help me find a drug that was in short supply.

Drive thru pharmacy, expect a half hour wait at least. Not even because of lines. Because the service does not care about the drive thru line and moves like molasses.

they NEVER pick up the phone so you have to go in to see if you prescription is ready... which it never is. Naturally you only find this out once you've waited in line for 20 min and now they wanna know if you can pick it up tomorrow as if you have a choice.

Best CVS Pharmacy. The Pharmacy team always goes above and beyond to make sure I get my prescriptions and on time. They always pick up the phone fast and are attentive and kind. So glad when I moved to Manayunk last year I choose this pharmacy!

Just spent 40 mins on the phone and no one answered. Seems ridiculous. Went in person and the phones are ringing off the hook and no one looks at them they just kept moving at snails pace.

went to get covid test required for international travelwent as early as possible to be within the 72 hour rule im now 2 hrs from departure and no results on third dayno way to communicate with themin line for expensive test at airport

Friendly and helpful staff, clean and organized store. It’s usually not too busy so I can get in and out. They have a great selection of products as well for being a small store.
