This is one of the WORST CVS locations.The wait time is extremely long. I picked up a new medication that the Pharmacist was suppose to explain to me, she DID NOT!! She is a black woman that wears a bun. NO professionalism at all. No greeting nor eye contact. She needs to pick a different career this one is definitely NOT for her. I will be transferring my medicine over to another CVS. If it wasn't for me(others) she would NOT have a job.

I have been waiting for my medication to be delivered since July 10, 2025. I spoke to some one in the pharmacy and they stated that they would put my order of medication to be delivered on July 11,2025 because there was no order placed. I had also called and left a voicemail in reference to my order and noone called back. My medicine was not delivered on July 11, 2025.
I called on July 11, 2025 and spoke to the afternoon pharmacist. She stated that the medication to be delivered was never entered so she stated she would put my medication to be delivered on demand for July 12, 2025. It would be delivered between 10am and 2pm. I never received it. I called on sameday
left voicemail. Sent text stating would connect with me shortly. Noone never called. I wind up calling and the female technician stated that my order was never entered and that would put my order in to be delivered the next day.
I asked to speak to a pharmacist or supervisor and she stated that there was not a supervisor or pharmacist there. That female technician was very short with her speaking and not professional.
I would not patronize this CVS because the staff is not performing their task or job well. I have never had this problem before. They need staff to do their job well for the public and care about us people.
I had to take an Uber and pay my own money to go get my medicine.
I have medical issues and this is why I have my medicine delivered for my convience.
CVS staff in this location 101 W city avenue, I am very dissappointed in you.

I'm transitioning to a new pharmacy, calling and comparing prices. The man who answered the phone ( thick foreign accent) was very rude, arguing with me and wouldn't give me prices) I 💓 hung up and called Walgreens. CVS, you lost a potential customer today 🤩 I hope his boss reads this review

I have contacted this CVS, another CVS, and my healthcare provider multiple times each to get a prescription transferred between the two CVS locations. This CVS couldn't be less helpful.
You cannot talk to someone directly without leaving a message, and then the phone system asks two separate times whether you want a call back. Even then I only got a call back when I called multiple times and left multiple messages. The pharmacy counter put me on hold, then someone else picked up and accidentally hung up. A third person blamed my provider for messing up the prescription, which seems unlikely since it was ready for pickup at the other CVS (who I had asked not to fill it because I'm traveling).
Then, after this CVS played the blame game with the other CVS and my provider, they refused to contact either one to help. I've contacted this CVS at least five times over the last week and verified with the other CVS and my provider that everything should be ready to go.
This CVS does not treat patients like humans. I would guess that the employees are so overwhelmed that they don't have the time to help any one person if something goes wrong, and this is a systemic problem here. You're just a number in their tsunami of prescriptions. Avoid them! You'll regret it one day when something slightly unusual happens with one of your prescriptions.

Avoid at all costs. You are more likely to find your prescription at the closed Rite Aid across the street. Trash store.

Do you want a passport photo? Give your cell phone to a 3 years old kid to take a photo of you. Your photo will be much better than the photo CVS takes! Just stay away of it if you want a photo.

I met with the pharmacist today to talk about switching my husband's prescriptions from Rite Aid because that store is closing,
She was very helpful and assured me that she would do everything she could to make the transition go smoothly.
All the employees I came in contact with were pleasant and helpful. The only problem I experienced was a shortage of shopping carts. The cashier at the front desk explained that there is a shortage and was very apologetic.

Dirty store. Many shelves are randomly empty. Plastic boxes of stock clog the isles. Usually no one at the front to help with malfunctioning self checkout.

Got my prescription same day within an hour of my doctor sending it in. However the store has very little selection, unusually low inventory for a CVS.

I've read some of the other reviews and I'm not sure of their dates, or the timeline, so I'm not sure if the hostility they're speaking about is still relevant, but I have always been treated with kindness and respect. Sometimes they seem a bit out of sorts (for lack of a better word) or perhaps they're simply under staffed but as far as being helpful and friendly, they most definitely are and though I have not been here a tremendous amount, the times I have visited this establishment I have never had a negative experience.

I will never go back to this CVS location and I’m thinking of never going back to all CVS stores. I plan on telling many other people about this Manager and location and telling them not to shop at CVS. I had a horrible experience with the Manager last night at the CVS store at 339 E Lancaster Ave, Wynnewood, PA 19096. She was nasty, disrespectful, rude and never made eye contact with me.

Don’t waste your time here—go to the CVS in Ardmore. This place is an absolute disaster. The customer service is horrendous, and the staff’s nasty attitudes make the experience unbearable. Avoid it at all costs.
