Still terrible. Although there were plenty of people working in the pharmacy, just no one that acknowledged I had been standing there at the register waiting until I said something. Meanwhile two other people had gotten in line behind me and everyone behind the counter just ignored us.

The people at this CVS are so nice from the pharmacist to the check out staff! Other locations need to learn from this one! I was impressed with how much the pharmacist cares for her staff even when they are busy and demands are high. Bravo!

I had an awful experience at this CVS. The young manager, Adib Shanta needs to work on how to deal with situations. He was extremely rude and obnoxious. What a disgrace.

I visited a CVS located near my neighborhood CVS and I am glad I made the extra travel which was just 5 minutes away. I stocked up on some great sales .

A prescription was sent over by the pcp. Pharmacy never bothered to tell me that they don't carry that medication. They stated they would transfer it to another cvs, but failed to do so.

Bottom line: Avoid this particular CVS pharmacy at all costs.
I try to avoid leaving reviews based on unrealistic expectations and this review is consistent with my values. I have now experienced two separate situations where this particular store violated pharmaceutical board guidelines and, in doing so, put my health at risk.
Situation 1 involved a staff pharmacist making a handwritten change to a script written by my doctor and then telling me they had made no such change. When I compared my original script to the computerized record of my script in CVS's system, the handwriting on CVS's copy was clear to see. I took my script elsewhere.
Situation 2 happened today and involved a life-critical drug that I need to take with every meal. I cannot eat without taking this drug. I transferred the script to a Walmart out of state because this CVS could not get the drug quickly enough before I left the area. To be clear, I authorized my local Walmart in Utah to take the script from CVS. I just spoke with my Walmart pharmacist and was told that CVS unilaterally transferred the script back to themselves! They had no authorization to do this and their actions caused me to scramble to find a few days supply of the drug locally.
Both of these situations compromised my health through outrageous, unacceptable behavior, at best, and illegal behavior at worst.
Steer clear for your own health and well-being!

CVS is new to me and my husband. We are very happy with their amount of stock on all their items ‼️. We're still finding our way locating all the items we use but they have very helpful staff on the floor which is a great help‼️‼️ The store is very clean and a pleasure to be in❣️

The night shift has had to deal with me and have done it flawlessly. I keep wanting to take the survey but I have no time after my work shifts. However, if anyone from CVS admin is seeing this, give every single one here a raise. I also know they are understaffed so the people being overworked deserve better. These 5 stars are exclusively for the staff.

One needs to understand that everywhere personnel are short-staffed ...no matter what, i find Rock Hill staff is more that personable, more than helpful, and professional...all be kind!

The best pharmacy I have ever been to. The people who work there are always really nice and helpful. I’m so grateful I live in such close proximity because I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. Please give your staff a raise or holiday bonus — because they deserve it and MORE!

The pharmacy staff here is terrible. They seem like they don’t want to work at all. Especially when waiting at the drive thru. What is the point, when you have to wait 30 mins with no one in line at the drive thru. CVS needs to re-evaluate their staff.
