Extremely unprofessional and rude.The worst firestone location. Charges almost double as other locations and flat out refuses services outta of petty retaliatory spite due to only sometimes being able to afford their prices. Wouldn’t honor an alignment warranty or the car care package.

Very rude and unprofessional. Petty towards people that can't always afford their prices even if sometimes that can/ do spend money for their services . Flat out refused service on the presmise it wasn't gonna make them enough money which was an alignment with my warranty and diagnosing a problem with the car care package. Told me since I could afford their prices last time that they wouldn't diagnose with the car care package.

Brought my car in for a wheel alignment and to diagnose a problem. Refused me service because I couldn't afford to do a wheel bearing with them last time so they refused to diagnose my car problem and wheel alignment this time. Charges almost twice as much as other Firestone locations and was very rude and unprofessional. Refused to offer me the car care package. Very petty and retailitory.

I personally know this place only hires the best. They have high expectations and that translates to meeting the customer needs. No one likes to have to bring their car in for repair, but this place makes it less stressful!

I was originally worried to visit a Firestone, but I was immediately put at ease when I spoke to the manager, Rob when I visited. Rob went over my car in detail, didn’t force my hand with repair recommendations, and was accommodating when I elected to do some light repairs over others. The best thing about my visit is Rob was able to offer me financing when I really didn’t have the money at the time! This was a huge help because I didn’t have to pay any interest for half a year, and I had it paid off sitting the first 3 months. Thanks again Rob, I’ll be back!

Took my infinity there bc of engine problems and they said I needed a whole new engine. Took it somewhere else for a second opionion and all it needed was a tune up plus a few small things. A difference of about $6k. Needless to say I'd not recommend firestone

I dropped my car off (07/28/2024) at 11:45am for a 12:00pm appointment for breaks and rotors. The fellas were unprofessional. There was one with a curly fro just cussing and carrying on when I dropped my car off. After waiting about 2 hours I called and asked for an EWT and the little Latino boy with an earring said that my car hadn’t even been looked at yet. I waited another hour and had my sister take me up to city ave where I saw my car on the lift with the hood up and a tech who looked like jelly roll(the singer) walking around it. Ok, so now I’m really confused because I only asked for breaks and rotors. I walked up to the tech and asked why my hood was up if I was only getting breaks and rotors. He said “You’re scheduled for a state inspection” I explained to him that I was not then the tech cut me off mid sentence and said “I do what’s on the paper work” and pushed me off to the little boy at that front desk. So I closed my hood and told him I’m only getting what I set my appointment for. The tech asked if I wanted him to back my car out and I said “No, I just want my breaks done.” I went inside to speak to the little boy at the front desk and he said that my car was being worked on but because I closed my hood the tech no longer would work on my car. I asked the little boy why was my hood open in first place and why did he say I was getting a full city inspection. He explained that they have an open hood policy but NEVER explained why the tech thought I was getting a FULL STATE inspection but instead said that he was inspecting the breaks. There was some conversation about the choice of words being used and policy. I demanded my key. Things got heated on my end. I was initially told that this would be 2 hours by someone a few days ago then the little boy at the front desk said end of day. There is a way to deliver information so that the client isn’t confused/ being told different things by multiple people. If these fellas need a another round of training then That’s what you all need to do. I read the reviews and against my better judgement I decided to still come here because it was closer. Distance is not worth the headache. Keep it pushing somewhere else. These fellas are dismissive, rude and disrespectful. Find y’all something safe to do because playing with me ain’t it. ??

I walked in there and ask for a brake inspection but they went and charged me for other inspection services 4 times of what I expected my bill to be and when I didn’t want to pay they started charging me for parking worst service employees are arrogant will tell you one thing and when you walk out charge you for something different

This store is a scam. On February 17th, 2024, I took my tesla model Y to the store asking them if they could perform alignment. They said yes and I purchased lifetime alignment with them. After performing that, they gave me a report that still show ADAS in red. They aaid it was okay. I drove that to Texas and when the firestone in Texas took me in they told me that Firestone didn’t have the ability to perform the alignment for Tesla because they don’t have the software to align the ADAS system. When I call the customer service i never received the response.

Absolute garbage of a place. We dropped our car off at 9:30 AM to fix a nail in the tire. They gave an estimate of 3 hrs. So we waited at a Starbucks across the street. After 3 hrs and no calls from them, we reached out and they said 6:00 PM. I was appalled - they wouldn’t budge and lied that they never said 3 hrs, but a minimum of 3 hrs. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

My God this location is terrible. This is the type of place where you make a reservation at 8:00 AM for a simple thing like checking your brakes and then you don’t hear back from them until 5:00 PM. They also charge you for minor checks that most places will do at no cost and then have the nerve to do subpar work on your vehicle.
