Me and my husband were in and out in like 15 min on a Saturday, staff was friendly, place is clean, definitely coming back whenever I need bloodwork done!

Super inconvenient hours —
not open until 8 am during the week and closes at 11 am on Saturday —
and the waiting room has been jam packed full of sick people the 3 times I have stopped in. Eventually I will get the blood tests my doctor ordered done but it’s already been 2 weeks of unsuccessful attempts. It’s a shame that the school district of Philadelphia’s insurance forces their employees and dependents to use Labcorp.

Generally pleasant and easy to get in.
The only problem is that several times I didn’t even get results back. What did they do with my blood? I want that question answered.
Otherwise they’d get 5 stars. LMAO. But seriously when you’re ill, this is super annoying.

Shout out to Helen for making my blood draw quick and painless! I told her I get anxious and nauseous and she made it so quick and easy that I barely felt it or realized it was happening.

If you are really sick and have to go there…… make sure it’s not at lunch time. No one is there to help you. What a joke, a medical facility that can’t stagger lunch breaks ? Customer service keeps getting worse and worse.

I was worried to go there because of the bad reviews. But srsly it’s been one of the best places I have ever gone for blood work. I didn’t have an appointment. The registration system once you’re there is super easy, practical, and quick.
Even though a lot of people were there, it took me less than 5 minutes to be called. The lady taking my paperwork was wonderful, and then the young man doing the shots did a great job.
Less than 10 minutes without an appointment, and only nice people? Thank you!

This facility was very quick and efficient. I was in and out in probably 20 minutes. Wendy was my phlebotomist. She did a great job and was very kind. Definitely recommend

Staff is friendly, efficient, and most importantly, they know how to draw blood. The only downfall is that this location is really busy no matter what time of the day it is.

The team members at this location are friendly. The check-in process with Fajjah was friendly, quick and efficient. The lab technician, Kyrah, was pleasant and very patient.

The staff member that helped me was super patient, knowledgeable, and compassionate. The office space was clean and easy to find. I would definitely return here for future blood work! I’m not sure why they have so many bad reviews, but I am also inclined to believe that many will leave a negative review before they take the time to leave a positive experience review.

I have to praise the staff at the Bala Cynwyd lab corp. I've been there twice in the past month and the level of efficiency and kindness of the staff there is incredible. Even with the heavy volume of patients, the staff is so pleasant and I was in and out in 7 mins the first visit. My second visit was in error of mine and I wasn't even scheduled at that office. The woman at the desk was extremely proficient at getting me in and out of there quickly in spite of my mistake. The phlebotomist I had was so sweet and so good !! I felt nothing. I was very impressed.

I know they are understaffed due to the weather but we drove 20min to get to this place for an urgent blood draw and we were turned away 15min before closing saying they wouldn’t take anyone else. This is healthcare it doesn’t always run on time I stay late for patients all the time. So while I understand I also don’t understand.
