Dont recommend going here. It’s one of the worst michaels out there. Staff are rude, talking on the phone and this store isn’t well stocked at all. Go to Acmore or Joann.

The adult workers are always great. The one older lady truly hates her job though, then she acts pissed off at you for being a Michael's customer.

Horrible. I really hate this store. There are NEVER enough cashiers working. It takes another cashier almost 15 minutes to come assist ,meanwhile the line is getting longer and longer. I will never return to the one on City Ave.

We stopped by today for some accessories for a cricut. The store was well laid out and well stocked which was impressive shortly after Christmas. We found everything we were looking for. The cashier at check out was very nice

This store is Great. I was able to find every thing I needed at the last minute especially the right size dessert box for the donuts I had to baked for a tasting.

Ever since AC Moore closed, Micheals has just gone down hill. Selection, price and inventory gets worse every year. And the fact that their website is slower than molasses. Store like this need real competition. Walmart isn't it.
