“My car broke down in the Costco parking lot and my car was stuck in reverse. I called AAA and 3 different tow companies declined me. Stephan came out and literally saved me. After over 5 hours of waiting for a tow truck from AAA, the call got sent to Stephan, within the hour he got to me and my car and got it started. He followed me to my mechanic shop to make sure I got there safely and was able to calm my nerves. All over a wonderful guy and would recommend his services to anyone!Service: Transmission”

“My battery warning light came on and was told at Autozone that my battery was good but most likely needed a new alternator. I called Jim’s and were able fit me in right away. I came first thing just before our winter vacation for them to look at it. Jim’s figured out that the connectors were loose. It was a Christmas miracle! To my surprise, within under an hour of THEIR time, they fastened it and told me that I did not even have to pay. Jim’s service and kindness, especially around this holiday season made my day. This is the kind of neighborhood shop that really gets it (unlike some of these corporate-auto-grinches minus Roxborough Autozone). I had to repay the favor by giving them a rave review. Thank you! “I had a fuel leak due to a corroded tank and took my car to Rob’s Auto Repair. They replaced the tank and handled a few other maintenance issues quickly and professionally. A couple weeks later I started having another issue and called the shop. They had me bring it in right away. They diagnosed it, fixed it within a few days, and didn’t charge me anything for the follow-up work.

“Very easy check in. I rent from U-Haul intermittently and always look at this location first because it's efficient. You just need to order your vehicle in advance since it's also a mechanics garage so they don't have a parking lot filled with trucks like the larger U-Haul offices.”
