had a QR code to scan for an eBay drop off. went totally smoothly. busy and understaffed but still running quickly, thanks to the helpful self service kiosk and efficient employees behind the counter!

Staff is very friendly and helpful, need to get there because at times it can become a bit crowded.

24/7 self-service kiosk is great, but the package drop is broken and not secure. The handle is falling off and there were over a dozen packages that could just be grabbed sitting in the container as it is not properly dropping them.

i made an appointment online for applying passport for my new born baby. Got a call from here the night just before our scheduled date said they need to cancel our appointment, for no reason!!! We have an international travel coming soon!!! Also, both parents have to attend when applying for a child, so we took a day off from work!!! This is ridiculous!

Online they say passport walk in hours are Tues-Friday 9-10 am. I get there at that time and literally no one in line and they refuse to do the passport because “we have to make an appointment.” And so unapologetic about it.

I arrived at the post office during walk-in passport hours. The lady told me that they do not accept walk-in passport appointments. I told her that the hours were posted on the website. She told me that the hours were posted because they were told by the department of state that they had to have walk hours. The information is misleading. Super shady. Bad business. Do not waste your time here. Go to the Narberth location instead.

Since you can’t tell before driving here, No passport service on Saturday. However, the sloppy red tape on the hours of operation on the front door seem to imply that they take a day by day approach.

Not sure what all the bad press is about. Just went in and waited in line behind 4 people for less than 5 minutes. 2 people were working. The clerk who helped me was friendly.
