I saw all of the 1 star reviews and thought I might have a hard time BUT, it was actually pretty painless. I had to meet with a banker for my transaction. It was a very quick and courteous process. My banker (Kyle) was very friendly and professional and got me in and out in just about 5 minutes. Parking lot is a little busy and their set up in the bank is a little confusing. So For that I deducted 1 star but overall a good branch.

Poor service. The result of poor hiring clearly. I went in for a simple transaction and came out with nothing but an hour drive to another branch. The young gentlemen are lacking in basic knowledge and severely lacking in professionalism. Lucky there is an ATM on the outside. I've been banking with Wells Fargo for 11 years & this is a rarity but speaks VOLUMES.

I have been this place three times but i gave up to go any more. They made mistake twice so i had to go back to fix it. It was critical document and cashier's check. They were unprofessional, rude, and extremely slow. One day, i did need big cash, several thousands, they took over 20 mins to give me that cash. The clark did not look what she was doing and tried to finish/let me leave asap. My points is wells fargo is not a regular STORE, it is a bank. They should be more knowledgable, professional and acute on their work. I do not recommend this location for your important legal document or money consult.

How they have set up the waiting line for the bank tellers do not make any sense.. I do like how they have a separate teller window for businesses though.

Wrote a letter to Wells Fargo, corporate, about an occurrence in 2004 that has not been resolved to this date. I wanted Wells Fargo to know what happened. Despite the countless hours I have spent trying to resolve this issue, noone, not Wachovia, nor Wells Fargo seem concerned in the least. I've been a long, long time customer and a grave mistake was made by their bank at the Moyamensing Branch in regards to my account. Haven't slept right since. I trusted this bank and thought these people were like family. I couldn't have been more wrong.
