Every time I bring my businesses deposits in they are so RUDE! As soon as I walk in they give an eye rolle and have an attitude .They don’t want to do THEIR job and calculate the change and they keep trying to get me to do a night drop. I never ask my customers to tell me their own change. That is poor customer service. Don’t work at a bank if you can’t give correct change. I would give 0 stars if I could.

The worst branch to deal with especially Johnathan he’s so rude & no help at all ! He doesn’t even allow you to talk. He continues to talk over you, he has terrible customer service skills. I don’t recommend anyone using this branch especially if you have important business matters. They absolutely do not care about helping you at all !

Not very welcoming, not concerned about my account being hacked. Tried to give me the run around instead of listening to the problem. The white older guy (Jonathan) in consumer service has poor customer service skills and he’s rude. He kept talking over me while I’m trying to explain I’ve already did everything he was suggesting. All he kept saying was l can’t help you right now. This has been the worst banking experience ever. When customers come to a bank with a problem the staff working there is suppose to accommodate you & make you feel welcome & make you feel as if your problem is their problem. I definitely wouldn’t recommend anyone visiting this branch. Only person willing to help Brian

I have been banking here forever because it is walking distance from my house. I've never had a bad experience. Everybody is super friendly and well-informed. I enjoy banking here.

I went to this branch during the pandemic because it was the only one open around where I live. When I arrived the white teller refused to cash my checks. I asked her why & she said my address doesn't match the address on my checks. She never asked for 2 forms of ID or anything. She just returned my checks & repeatedly told me "you can not cash your checks here" so I left & went to another Wells Fargo that's was less than 2 miles away on city line ave. When I got to the teller on city line she immediately asked for 2 forms of ID, so I showed them to her. Less than 10 minutes later I'm walking out the door with $3100. Sound fishy to you? #Racsist

I've never had anything other than a positive experience at this bank. The teller's have good attention to detail, catching things I've missed when depositing checks numerous times. They are friendly and patient in all my experiences, refer to me politely, and always ask if there is anything else they can do for me. This location also has a drive through ATM which is a plus since not a lot of WF locations do in this area. I've been happy with my experiences with WF and will continue to do business with them.

I have been a customer with WF on and off through the years. Although I do not personally like WF bc of their policy's and such, I do like this branch and the employees in it. Whenever I go everyone is always pleasant and knowledgeable!

My experiences with tellers in the bank has always been good. However, I almost always am walking here after hours to use the ATM. The only ATM is a drive thru, so I often risk getting hit by a car so that I can do my banking!
