SteelSafe Storage Bally is an awesome place with awesome people that actually care about helping. The facility and storage lot are both fine. The staff is good, very helpful, knowledgeable, efficient, and happy to help. They promptly respond and take care of customers, including after hours. The pricing is excellent and the private garages are extremely convenient. The units are air tight for storage only. It is a good place to store all of your stuff and they have you covered. Customers would recommend them to anyone.
Good customer service, especially when we had to move units. Note that there is no on site office, everything is done via phone/computer.
