Was informed that business was closed due to power outage in the area approximately 3:30pm. 5 minutes later power appeared to be back up and noone was working in pharmaceuticals.

This Pharmacy is getting worse every time I go there! It's ridiculous that I need to go back there several time's for the same prescription and if I call they never answer the phone even after repeated calls, and then you get there and they don't have the drugs that were prescribed to you and they tell you you need to wait 5 days for it to come in, and then there's always the automatic refill that's never automatic because they forgot to put it on the list and again you have to wait 5 days for them to get it, just unreal, and then of course the attitude from the employees, they act like it's your fault or your bothering them to be there to be serviced. Between my insurance company and myself we spend tens of thousands of dollars there a year on my prescriptions alone, and I've about had enough, I'm going to gather all my information and transfer everything over to CVS, at least there I never have to wait more than a day to fill a prescription and alot less problems and attitude. Oh and they answer their phone's when I call!

Went to the pharmacy on 10/31/23 , 9:30 am and I asked the pharmacist that was on duty if I can get a few shots- she said NO, that I needed an appointment. Well , I explained to her that the rite aid site said I can just walk in and she said no. I’m a disabled senior citizen and I just ended walking out and going to CVS who happily took care of me. Why say I can just walk in when a pharmacist tells a customer no. This is why rite aid is in bankruptcy and closing locations due to the lousy employees that it retains to take care of its customers. I have $27,000.00 In prescriptions that I will be transferring to CVS due to my poor experience at the rite aid on Blue Valley Drive in Bangor, Pennsylvania!! Very rude and disrespectful pharmacist and tech on duty that is currently assisting the pharmacist.

Its always a guessing game with the pharmacy. Are they open or not? Will they provide all services when they are open? Ive been turned away too many times. Moving on.

I’ve always gone to Rite Aid for basic hygiene products, makeup, and prescriptions. All of the staff are always genuinely friendly!

This Rite Aid pharmacy is constantly changing their hours and takes several hours just to fill a simple prescription. The pharmacist is rude and blames it on lack of employees. With all the money these pharmacy make it's ridiculous they can't pay a wage to keep employees. This location needs a total management overall. Terrible!!!!

The store is always extremely clean ever since they opened years ago. I can always find what I am looking for, and if I can't there is always an associate nearby to ask. My last visit, the cashier gave me a $4 coupon at the register since I purchased greeting cards. I would rather shop here, which is out of the way on my ride home, than other well-know drug store that is down the road from my house.

I had a drive up COVID test scheduled. I arrived to find it can't be done because the pharmacy is closed. The pharmacy is closed every Sunday at the Pen Argyl store. If this is the case why does Rite Aid's app allow someone to schedule? WOW. Good news is I had it done at CVS in Bangor without an issue.

Had an appointment for a vaccine and waiting an hour before being seen. They had my info already and there was no line when I got there, but I still had to wait for an hour after my appt time to get the vaccine. At that point, there was a line of other people waiting for vaccines as well. Will not be coming back here, and I advise everyone not to come here to begin with.

There is always something wrong when I try to pick up scripts. Either they don’t bill insurance correctly or they can’t get or don’t have a medication. They pharmacist is very unhelpful. I’ve called their customer service and have received no call back.

I’ve been using this pharmacy for like 3 maybe 4 years while living in Pen Argyl, never had a problem. We moved to bath this past year but I hadn’t switched my pharmacy. So now I have a longer drive to get there. Ever since my move everything sucks. Idk if it’s bc of covid or new employees or what but they never have my order when I go to get it. My doctor placed a prescription for birth control, it was confirmed to me it went through before I even left the office. Went to pick up the script, they say they never got it. Had to resubmit and come back the next day. I call to refill my order, someone answered the phone instead of letting my type in my order. She said they got it and it would be ready to go in an hour. I drive out 2 hours later, they never filled the order. There was no record of my order. Last time I placed my order on line over 24 hrs before I scheduled my pick up. I go to pick it up THEY ONLY HAVE 1/3 on my packs. I have 2 weeks to come back for the other 2 packs. Haven’t had time to make the drive out there. I called Sunday to make sure I could still get it the next day bc I was nearing the 2 weeks. Monday I couldn’t make it either so I called again to confirm I could get it today they said yea it’s here ready to go. I go to pick it up today they sent it back bc it had been there too long EVEN THOUGH I WAS TOLD THEYD HOLD IT. Also I’d like to point out its birth control! I hadn’t even finished the 1 pack I was given yet and you send back my other packs!? Why send them back? Why wouldn’t you just have a stock or keep them bc you know they’re ordered. Why am I even having issues of you never having my prescription when I order it? YOURE A PHARMACY. You would think you’d have some sort of stock? And the worst part of any of this is they don’t give their name when you call so you don’t even know whose fault it is AND NO ONE EVER CALLS ME TO TELL ME MY SCRIPT ISNT THERE. I’ve worked in customer service a lot. Even at the pet store right next door! And even at the pet store, someone places an order that order arrives YOU CALL THEM. They don’t pick it up in a week YOU CALL THEM AGAIN. If I ever lied to my customers about an order or didn’t call them about a mistake in their order I probably would have been fired. I’m not trying to get anyone fired but your pharmacy needs to get its act together bc this is ridiculous. You wasted my time, my gas and my patience. Switching pharmacies. I recommend everyone else do the same.
