“My 18year old male cat, max.had one molar extractions and teeth cleaning.dr bower prescrip meds for his gum disease.he recovered exactly when I was told Max would be feeling well again.his former vet at BvC said Max need two molars extract.which was not true.they never prescrip meds for his gums except for meds that did not treat his gum.but made him foam at the mouth.alot of miserable mistreatment at bvc.that vet did the same for a former cat saying she needs two molar extracted and teeth cleaning.i took her to awesome when they were open the vet there said she had perfect teeth considering her age as 16 years old.be careful going there.i do recommend Dr bower as your vet.honesty is a virtue that max new vet has.”

“The entire staff at Dutt Veterinary Hospital is fantastic and very friendly. This is the second time they have accommodated me with a same day visit as I had an emergency while visiting the area with my cat. My cat is very prone to UTI's and Dr. Dutt has seen her twice in a very prompt manner and administered medication to get her better again. Michelle the vet tech has also been very kind and caring during both my visits here. The hospital is kept very clean and tidy and the front desk staff is very professional and kind as well. I would highly recommend this hospital to anyone in the area as I have found Dr. Dutt to be very caring and knowledgeable and the charges for service are very fair and reasonable.”

“Long over due..12/19/2022 My baby Sage had already lost her eyesight over a year which we expected cause her beautiful blue and green eyes. But her health started to declined a month before she passed (12/19/2022. I could tell she was having a stroke and we took her Barton Heights Vet way after normal business hrs. The Vet was just leaving I pleading with him to help ( much pleading wasn't needed) I knew what the outcome was going to be. She 18 years Olds. He let me hold her while she went peacefully to sleep. Thank you for empathy and your patience while we balled our eyes out. You handled her with care”

I was not even a current customer but I needed a special medicine compounded because the other pharmacy I used in Wilkes-Barre couldn’t get it anymore. The owner called my doctor himself that day to get the information on what was needed, and he shipped it out to me the next business day since I don’t live close and was in a hurry to get it. He also kept me updated on the process via text. Their customer service is outstanding! I will certainly be using them again and recommending them to everyone I know.”

“I was traveling by RV over the 4th of July weekend and our 7lb Morkie got very sick and dehydrated. Vomiting not eating not drinking. It doesn't take long for a 7lb. To dehydrate. After calling more than 10 vets with no luck, I called Banfield Pet Hospital and Ashley answered. She was very understanding and helpful and was able to get Prince an emergency appointment. When we arrived we waited about 15 or 20 minutes (very reasonable given the holiday). Mathew was the vet tech. He was very caring and gentle with Prince. The doctor was amazing and showed the same level of concern and attention that I would expect from his regular vet. He identified a possible issue that we hadn't noticed before which we will follow up on with Prince's home vet. They treated him with fluids, a can of special food, antibiotics and anti nausea. We are very grateful and happy with the responsiveness of this team. Thank you so much!”

“I've been going to this vet for 4 years. All 3 of our cats are patients of theirs. I appreciate that they show genuine concern for the animals they treat. Vets I have seen in the past have been very pushy with vaccines when my cat was not well, this vet understands that their system may not been well enough, and are reasonable about holding off until the animal is well again. That goes a long way in my book to show they aren't just out for the money. My cat had a pancreatitis a few years back. He was 13 at the time, and I feared the worst. Thanks to Dr. Lori at Nazareth Vet and their team, he is still alive and doing very well (and in my profile picture!) I highly recommend this vet.”
