Dr. Eick is kind, knowledgeable and a stellar vet as well as a proficient one. She communicates everything that needs to be done and what the next steps are. She is very caring and it shows that this is her calling in life! I trust Cross River Veterinary Service to provide the best, topnotch care for my horse and pony. Very relieved to have such a wonderful and reliable equine veterinary service.”

She has poor teeth and needed a dental cleaning (not her first one), Given her age they made sure to do bloodwork and physical before putting her under anesthesia. She came through the procedure well and is healing from the necessary extractions. I recommend the practice to others.”

“Absolutely the best office I’ve ever used. Every member of the staff is so nice and they go the extra mile to make each experience a good one. I have a puppy that they absolutely love on. She recently was spayed and the recovery was so so smooth. They made her feel like a celebrity when we walked in and they yelled “Guys, Ducky’s here!!!” And then spent time cuddling with her while she got her stitches out. Everyone should have a veterinary office that loves on their pets like they do at home!”

“Dr. Dutt and his staff have been so great to my animals (and us humans) over the last 3-4 years. They’re also incredibly priced and get your animal in asap (I have always gotten an appointment same day I called). They’re always so sweet and talk to you about any concerns and don’t just rush you in and out. They truly care and aren’t out to put a hurtin on your pockets. Not to mention I went to pick meds up after hours for my puppy and Dr. Dutt picked up the medication out of the box and handed it to me and talked to me about the puppy. He could’ve just got in his car and went home after a long day but he didn’t. He (and his crew) have a genuine love for animals and are incredible human beings.”

“This is the 2nd time I've used this emergency vet for my dog. They are wonderful! My dog was treated for a cut on his leg after chasing a ground hog. The vet said it's minor. They cleaned it out, tetanus shot, antibiotics. He came home ready to recover and heal. Thank you to the staff! I'd just say, be prepared to wait. I made sure I had water for my dog and was patient.”
