“Dr. Dutt and his staff have been so great to my animals (and us humans) over the last 3-4 years. They’re also incredibly priced and get your animal in asap (I have always gotten an appointment same day I called). They’re always so sweet and talk to you about any concerns and don’t just rush you in and out. They truly care and aren’t out to put a hurtin on your pockets. Not to mention I went to pick meds up after hours for my puppy and Dr. Dutt picked up the medication out of the box and handed it to me and talked to me about the puppy. He could’ve just got in his car and went home after a long day but he didn’t. He (and his crew) have a genuine love for animals and are incredible human beings.”

“We were camping from out of state and our dog had an accident. We called Smithfield and they took us in that afternoon. Being from out of state we didn’t know what to expect. From the receptionist to the doctor they were all great. Friendly, professional and caring, listening to everything we said and answering all our questions. Also the cost was very reasonable.Within an hour after our visit, we received email copies of bloodwork and what our dog’s diagnosis was. They also were sending copies to our vet back in CT. Based on our experience I would highly recommend Smithfield Animal Hospital.”

“Absolutely the best office I’ve ever used. Every member of the staff is so nice and they go the extra mile to make each experience a good one. I have a puppy that they absolutely love on. She recently was spayed and the recovery was so so smooth. They made her feel like a celebrity when we walked in and they yelled “Guys, Ducky’s here!!!” And then spent time cuddling with her while she got her stitches out. Everyone should have a veterinary office that loves on their pets like they do at home!”
