Terrible service , they don’t let you know anything of their policy, with one look they know if your vehicle will fail inspection, but they wait till your car inside their garage to then tell you it won’t pass just to take your money. Then they say they have to be like that or they won’t make no money . Terrible concept . They just Rip people off. No type of sympathy for clients. Do not recommend .

Took my vehicle here last year for a simple exhaust fix and headlights fixed. Never have the guy permission to drive my car and took it on a ride damaged my rims and cracked my header. All this shop did was rip me off $1200 and return my car in worse shape than it was when I dropped it off. Would go week without no contact I would have to call him multiple times to find out what was going on and sometime no one would answer. Hands down the worst mistake was taking my car to this so called shop. Was told I have an exhaust leak up by the header some to find out he cracked my manifold guy is a complete tool and should not be anywhere near a garage. Now I’m out a car, $1200 and need to pay another $900 for the part he damaged. Not to mention I have all the parts he needed to fix and when ahead and charged me for the parts that I already HAD in the car. Guy should be completely ashamed.

I posted previously concerning their services concerning Intoxalock. The man yelled at me and said if I did not take the review down he would not take the unit off the vehicle I was calling about. So I did. He was also yelling at a senior citizen in their 80s over it which is pretty wild.
Do not use Intoxalock, period. They are a horrendous company.
Eagle Auto also closes for days unannounced so you WILL miss your calibration. They really could care less about how their poor practices inconvenience another person's life. They have absolutely no idea what they are doing being a vendor for Intoxalock and will not make any attempt to fix their mistakes.

Taken my vehicles here many times. Never had any issues. Also had notary business done here. All my experiences have been fantastic! They have gone above and beyond for me! Even noticed something going bad on my car, wasn't even there for that issue. Brought me in to show me the issue. Unfortunately we are in a terrible time right now with the strikes. Lots of parts on backorder. This is EVERYWHERE! But they made sure to communicate with me that my part was going to be delayed and my car wouldn't be finished in a timely manner. I'm not sure why people need to be so hostile with their reviews. This is becoming the new norm with parts taking a while to come in. Either way, I highly recommend them to friends and family!! Great job. And keep up the phenomenal work!!!

Shady place, im told the bill is for work including a alignment. No alignment was done, I ask why am I paying this price. The guy starts screaming like a little child, cause I was stating everything he said to me n a friend about the price and what was getting done. I had a friend call cause they wouldnt answer my calls or turn calls when left a message. Why? Then they put the bill threw and additional charge of 12.05 is added. I ask what's this about. Oh it's a credit card fee they charge of 3%. Shouldn't that be put on the bill as the total charge, and not just added and told about it. Of course it should be, so watch your bill and get paperwork on everything they do. Took over 3 weeks to get my truck back, even when I said I needed it back by the coming Wednesday to get to cancer treatment, but nope not done. 3 weeks to order parts and install them. Don't question your bill or the guy goes off and will make threats to come and take my truck, as he did with me.

The staff at Eagle Auto Repair and Notary are not only very knowledgeable but also a pleasure to deal with! Would hilgly recommend inquiring here with any mechanical need!! And Sandy in the office can answer just about any question you have!!! Great group of people!!

Went for inspection fixed what the car failed for. Found something else that had nothing to do with a safety inspection. Stay awsy to nit picky just take yourMoney.
