Worker called and cancelled my online reservation for tow dolly after I called and he denied service, but the app went through with everything; hence my online reservation. Called back to ask about it and he was very rude and inconsiderate especially given the fact he was clearly wrong. Easily rented tow dolly from another location with no issues- same vehicle and tow capacity. Terrible customer service, seemed to be a pride issue.

I had a hard time using the U-Haul app to pick up the truck but customer service spent the time to help me. I picked up after hours and returned the truck a few hours later. Other than their app and website being terrible I had no issues. If you need to move try to go when they are there. The people running the place were very kind on the phone.

Old guy working at the station threatened me and had to get the state police involved. They refused to rent to me for no apparent reason. I am a long time U-Haul customer and had to talk to UH directly in reference to this issue. One other time I dealt with them they did not have equipment I reserved and had to go to Pottsville to get the truck and trailer.
