Very professional, enthusiastic, and helpful. I called asking for general information and received a thorough explanation clearly outlining my options. Friendly, easy to talk to, and genuinely interested in solving your problems. I look forward to using Bieber Electrical in the future!

No heat in the winter (I have a video of myself from 2018 on a bus that was 30 degrees on board with no heat and I could see my breath), no AC in the summer, no cushions in the seats, buses that smell like a giant port-a-potty, frequent breakdowns, surprise cancellations due to "operational" issues and management that lies. This poorly managed business finally closed as of Feb 8, 2019. They owed me a refund from summer of 2018 for unusable tickets after they weren't able to travel to NYC anymore and after 6 months of promises and getting the Better Business Bureau involved, they issued me a check -- which was returned for insufficient funds so they cost me an additional $12 on top of what I was already owed. I encourage anyone who is owed money from Bieber to contact:

Let me put a few parameters on this one before I begin. 1. I'm talking about Bieber's Philly service, not the NYC stuff. 2. This was a weekday in the morning, not a weekend. As you can see from this listing and if you've followed any of the news over the past few years you can tell that this company has got some issues. Whatever they are doesn't concern me as long as you get me from point A to point B and I can live to tell about it. The rest is BS. In Philly Bieber has three stops. At the Greyhound terminal on 10th & Filbert, somewhere around 15th or 16th and at 30th Street Station which is where we picked it up. Note that ideally you should buy your tickets in advance via the Bieber website but in a pinch you can buy them at one of the staffed Amtrak counters. The bus picks up on the 30th street side of the station under the exterior portico. There is a small sign for them and another two or three companies that stop there. Amtrak is also nice enough to put the bus time up on the train information board although when they will make an announcement like the bus is arriving any moment, ignore it because you have another 10-15 minutes. The driver pulled up maybe twenty feet in front of the sign and we were off, perfectly on time (the bus was maybe 1/4 full). As others have mentioned, these buses are bare bones with no outlets, seats in various forms of disrepair and the drivers have the personality of DMV employees. If you need help with your luggage it's not happening here. What mattered to me overall was that we were on time and that we made it safely home. The fares are not exactly cheap but there are no other realistic alternatives for public transport between the two areas we were heading so you have to just suck it up and go with what you got. (The company provided pictures of those two snazzy buses they show glistening in the sun are most likely NOT what you'll be riding in. The regular day to day workhorse buses are much plainer looking and honestly, far dirtier.)

Bad buss trip to New York. We went back from New York to Kutztown on Friday January 4th at 220 the buss driver was terrible. He threatened to call the police over people just talking to each other and one lady on her phone. He stopped the whole buss and said its a law you can't talk on your cell phone on the buss this is not true. Quit having your drivers make false statements beiber. We wil not use you again why did he stop the buss over a cell phone call he had the whole buss upset and people scarred. You need to address this beiber.

Visited family in Kutztown for the holiday, and this was literally the only transportation option to get back to Philadelphia from there. I bought my ticket a week in advance and with the service fee it was $29 - more expensive than a Megabus to New York City! There are ZERO amenities. You WILL be on a 20-30 year old bus with no electrical outlets, no internet, nothing but a seat to sit on. The busses even have old tube TVs mounted into the ceilings sometimes - that's how old they are. When I booked my ticket there were four different busses supposedly available for booking leaving that day around the same time, which was obviously b******* because when I got there, there was only one bus. Initially I was fine despite the fact I was on an ancient bucket of bolts with no electricity because there were very few people on the bus, but by the time we got to Bethlehem literally every seat was taken. And then the heat went out. So on a 30 degree winter day with my body pressed against the freezing cold window I sat uncomfortably in a cramped seat for two hours. We arrived half an hour late. I intend to demand a refund and if denied will be filing a chargeback on my card.

I can't believe that any owner would be accepting of such a poorly run company. I understand that you make money so the worries of the traveling public has no impact. you get our money only because other options are not here as yet but when that new option shows up you will Never See me again. Old, old and decrepit busses, old, dusty and dank terminals and how dare you charge more and let us stand out in the elements in NYC. That Port Authority situation should have embarrassed you to no end yet here we are 6 months later standing outside. Pay your bill. Your drivers transport passengers safely each day despite the disgusting old and raggedy busses they have to drive. Do better!

So sad...we got on the 4:30 bus from nyc today. The bus driver failed to mention to all but 1 passenger that there would be an alternate route taken due to an accident which would cause the trip to increase in time by 50%. The driver knew before we boarded but did not mention this fact to any other passenger at the time of boarding. This known fact should have been communicated giving us the option of opting for a later bus.

Well it's July 2018 and I'm sitting on a broken down Bieber bus- thankful that the air conditioning is working. That wasn't the case on my way home from work last Friday. It was well over 100 degrees on that bus the entire way home for 2+ hours. That bus barely made it. Do you want to get to work on time? Then don't take Bieber. By my estimation you have a 50% chance of being on a broken-down bus. I can back this up with fact- I've been commuting daily to NYC from hellertown for the past three weeks. I had a break before that- thankfully. I quit my salaried job of nine years last November. Quite honestly I couldn't handle the commute anymore. Bieber is unreliable and unfortunately I felt it was my only option. I freelance now, giving me a little more flexibility. I will be very late today. The driver just announced the next bus won't have near enough seats for all the people on this broken bus. About 10 minutes ago he said the opposite. He said there's an issue getting a mechanic out here. So I'm actually not sure how I'm going to get to work. I feel bad for the drivers. They are usually light hearted and embarrassed or at worst, visibly frustrated and silent. There is obviously very little training or standards. Bieber's busses are unsafe. They shouldn't get away with this. Please boycott them and let's get the transportion commision involved- before someone gets hurt, sick from heat stoke, or worse. It is clear that Bieber is a greedy and dispicable company. Bieber: what do you have to say for yourselves?

Been using these buses for years to visit family and it's never been a great experience. It is affordable but the buses smell strongly of pure urine 9/10 times and the buses themselves are old and tend to break down. Also, don't expect any communication from most of the drivers or ticket takers and always arrive extremely early because they will sometimes leave you in the dust even if you arrive 15 minutes ahead of time.

Tldr; Rundown busses, always late, prices keep going up. I have been using Bieber for years to travel to NY, only due to lack of other options. The busses are poorly maintained, the seats are falling apart and you can tell the bus hasn't been cleaned in a long time. The staff is aware of the disrepair of the vehicles, they even find it amusing. During my second most recent trip the are of one of the chairs was dangling in the aisle, the driver made a joke about it. The drivers are tired and annoyed, resulting in them being behind schedule. Today we left the station 30 mins behind, usually they are pulling into the terminals ~15 mins late. The desk staff didn't even apologize when the bus was late. On top of all of that the prices keep going up. The increase over the past few years has been 25%, yet the quality is still low. If you have another way to get to NY, take it. It's a waste of money, if you ask me.

One may think 3 hour bus ride into the city hmm sure, not bad, harmless even . But lol what I have been through since 6 in the morning is an experience I would wish on no one. Two buses broke down and as the second one was breaking down the first stopped to see if we were all set and as we were figuring out we were not he chucked the deuces and left us to wallow in our misery for the next 1hr. As all the passengers tried to get Uber's and alternative rides into the city the bus driver informed us she couldn't allow us to leave the bus . And then another bus passed. I then get a phone call from my girl Susan who then told me a bunch of excuse me's for her to get the delayed story out and said she wasn't at liberty to discuss my deserved refund with me . Laughing out Loud there will be no next time for me but for those looking into this company, just don't .

Horrific planning on the company's part. They sell tickets for a specific time/Bus. Which means the company knows how many seats they have and tickets they can sell. We arrived for the 6pm Sunday Bus in NY and only half the people with tickets for 6pm Bus were able to take it. They had over sold the 52 passenger bus by at least 40 people. The next bus was scheduled for 8pm but they said there was a Bus on its way and would arrive by 7pm. One bus came at 7:46 and the other at 8pm but they did not board either bus until 8:30. So we waited in line for a total of 3hrs. The line at 8pm was over 120 people. So all of the passengers with 8pm Bus tickets were not able to board a bus. There was poor communication and poor line control. Was told by a passenger who commutes every weekend that this often happens. I have taken this bus service for over 20 years but it is obvious that the company is not what it used to be. We will be taking a different service on our next trip to the city.

This is probably the shitties bus company I've ever taken. This post is written in 2018 yet they operate as if they're in 1918. They don't provide enough buses for the demand. You would think basic analytics would come in play here to forecast this. You come on time only to have the buses fill up (btw you're not guaranteed a seat according to Scott) so you have the pleasure of waiting another 2 hours for the next bus in West bubble f**k. This company seriously needs some competition to give it a run for its money. Someone must be paying off a politician to keep a well organized bus company from coming in. Highly annoyed customer. Last time.
