What a great location, they're actually able to offer the deals att is offering unlike other stores. We had Justin help us and he was awesome. Super patient, knowledgeable, helpful, honest and just flat out kind. We will continue to go to him!

Sean at the Bartonsville PA location is very knowledgeable and patient.
He took the time to fully explain everything to us.
Sean was able to transfer my phone number from Straight Talk which was so important for me.
I was not looking forward to the whole process of changing carriers and getting a new phone (having dealt with Verizon and Straight Talk previously)
Sean made everything easy.
He is a true asset to AT&T.

After two months of frustration with my new phone, and being told at another location that “there was nothing they could do,” I was lucky enough to meet Paul. From the moment I walked into the Stroudsburg location off of rt. 611 in Bartonsville, Paul was kind, patient, and most importantly, he listened. I struggled to explain my issue clearly (because I honestly wasn’t even sure how to), but somehow, Paul understood exactly what I meant. And within just five minutes, he fixed the problem I had been dealing with for weeks. His professionalism, empathy, and expertise turned a stressful situation into a relief. AT&T is lucky to have him-- thank you, Paul!
