“Highly recommend this location. I did try the other location in Milford they had availability but when I mentioned the one-way rental they said they then all of sudden had zero cars available at all to rent even if not for one way. So I then called This location which was further for me but worth it. My truck broke down up here while I was on vacation so I had no other choice but to rent a vehicle. It was last minute on a Saturday and they were more than accommodating to me. Vickie was a huge help with trying to get me what I needed even after multiple phone calls to the location about the vehicle cause I was in panic mode trying to get a vehicle, they were more than happy to help and extremely friendly. Unfortunately I needed a one-way rental that they could not accommodate due to the policy and this is where I have the issue with the actual company. However the employees at the store were all wonderful even the manager Sal overheard my issue and came to check on me to make sure everything was okay upon return and I believe Eric was the gentleman that helped me check the car in and check the car out which made everything so much easier for me in a very stressful situation. However when living in New York and being on vacation in Pennsylvania the one way rental would have been a little bit more convenient I wish Enterprise can change their policies in emergency situations where I did not need to keep the vehicle for an extra two days until I can get back to Pennsylvania and have someone follow me to return it. I do frequent this area a lot being I Have A Summer place here so this will absolutely be my go-to location for rentals as I am a Enterprise preferred customer.”
