The key pad to enter the storage unit is out of date and never works. Drove an hour to get to the unit for the gate not to open with the correct password. it was after business (close at 4pm) so no one was there to assist. Units are spaceous but need to update their keypad so people who pay can actually get into their unit. Very frustrating

Tried to get a storage unit here but no one would answer our calls. Twice we called only to get an answering machine. We left a message the second time but no one ever returned our call. That same day we decided to stop in, but no one was there. The desk where a secretary should have been was abandoned and the lights were out (it wasn't closing time so I don't know where they were). No one was around at all. I could only think that if I were to store my stuff here, and have a problem , no one would ever be around to help. Going somewhere else.
