I took out a mortgage and used Abacus about 4 years ago. My wife and I got a mortgage through Abacus. The associate that handled our mortgage was named Andy. I thought that he was unprofessional. I would never use them again as it was not a good experience.

Andy and Karen are absolutely AMAZING! I never write reviews for anything but they did such an amazing job. At first, I was highly suspicious that the rate and closing costs they quoted would ever materialize -- it was markedly below what other companies could do. But it most certainly did materialize and I am a new homeowner thanks to them!! Additionally, they were fantastic to work with day-to-day and never lost patience despite my frequent calls. Their team is just phenomenal and I will certainly recommend them to EVERYONE. I now understand why their GoogleReviews are as high as they are!
