Update 1/10/2025: Just called the pharmacy to asked for them to deliver my Singulair-I have 3 tablets left and they asked me to wait until I have other medications they can deliver. But regardless, they are just now letting me know that they are charging a $4.99 delivery fee. I switched to them for the service that their website is still advertising. The FREE DELIVERY. Seriously I could go on and mention other ways that this independent pharmacy has disappointed me in, but I’m not trying to start anything. It would have been nice if they had mentioned the new delivery fee when they delivered a bunch of prescriptions for me last week. I purposely waited to refill the Singulair because I didn’t imagine that they would give me a problem with it when they should have automatically refilled the prescription ages ago. I finally just refilled it using the automated telephone system yesterday evening. Well I have 3 days left and now I’m going to run out of my medication. I am not going to be around Monday afternoon and I’m certainly not paying a delivery fee which they are suddenly springing upon me and only me, it looks like. Thanks a lot. I’m not going to stick around for the poor service.
Original review that no longer applies after being a customer for a few months: This pharmacy saved me the same day I learned that the pharmacy I had been using for years since I moved to my current location was no longer going to be delivering as of September 1. I am pretty much homebound and I need my medications to be delivered. Some of my medications cannot just be switched to mail order so I was given the names of two small pharmacies in the area which tend to be better for service than most chain pharmacies are these days and I believe even the grocery store pharmacies. So I called Bath Drug first and asked if they would deliver to me and I was even given the opportunity to speak with the pharmacist, which was very helpful because it reassured me, as I was nervous about switching after all these years. But the pharmacist is a very nice man and he was able to reassure me that he could take care of my needs and he offered to get the process started right after we talked. Which he did. I started receiving text messages soon after regarding the prescriptions which were being transferred from my old pharmacy.
I have gotten all my medications on time and this pharmacy delivers for free, unlike some others in the area I had called, even the small ones. They deliver every weekday, which is an improvement for me as my former pharmacy had cut it back to 3 days a week this year-Monday, Wednesday and Friday. It’s much more convenient with the amount of prescriptions I have to be able to get any weekday. I was especially concerned about getting a couple of prescriptions, but they have actually gotten them amazingly fast when the prescription is called in-even the same day, which often wasn’t possible before I switched to Bath Drug.
The staff are extremely friendly when I call, like they are just waiting for me to call and to talk to me. I know that isn’t the case but they are really helpful and enthusiastic when they talk to me and I appreciate what they do and what the pharmacist does. I imagine he works extremely hard owning a small pharmacy but he does a great job regardless. Everyone has been doing a great job in the couple of months I have been with them and I am glad they have been here for me. I am glad I didn’t have to stress for longer than a day about what pharmacy I would switch to and I am thankful that they made it so easy for me to do.

I really like that I live right across the street & the gifts you can buy inside. It's hard to choose just one! Very friendly employees that work there too! 💊 I can get my prescription there for free also!

Our script was sent electronically to Bath Drug. Quick and easy pick up. Always use for first fills (my prescription plan doesn't allow refills, must get through mail order)

so it was brought to my attention that all of the employees were told to say that I retired from the pharmacy I did not retire from the pharmacy. I left the pharmacy for a better opportunity, a better work environment, and a better employer I want everyone to know that I do miss them very much, the work Environment at the pharmacy was not a healthy work environment. All the employees are overworked underpaid, and told to do unethical things so I want you all to know that I did not retire and that the employees are being forced to say that I did

Prices are higher than local pharmacies which I'm willing to pray a higher price to support a small business... but nine times out of 10 I leave feeling like I really peed in someone's cheerios.Abrasive staff members. Not all. So that stinks for the local place with the cutest gifts. To the ones who are kind no matter what kind of day you're having just like anybody else, I thank you for that.

Pharmacist did not know how to do her job! she gave us the wrong, THE WRONG. prescription. and then when going back, always understanding people mess up, continuously gives us the incorrect meds. And this is not just the pharmacists’ fault. this needs to be taken care of or we will not be coming back. you could seriously hurt someone. If it wasnt for family members being in the medical field we wouldve taken these and have been seriously hurt. please if you have another pharmacy you can go to, save the trip. 0 stars to the rude, unhelpful pharmacist that takes 20 minutes to get the meds, 0 stars to the higher up that cannot give the correct medication, 0 stars to this place. DO BETTER!!!

All you need there to modernize this great old-fashioned small-town pharmacy (which I DO appreciate) is to add a computerized system for customers to organize there Rx before arriving without long phone calls or announcing at the counter. Thank you

I called about transferring a prescription for my son, they said they are "saving that drug for their existing customers" Who refuses to help medicate a child?? Incredibly rude.

I like it's a little town pharmacy instead of a chain..Workers are friendly place is clean and They text me when my scripts are ready so I never have to wait long. I've been going there for a while now and I won't change.
