Buyer beware. Cigar Page offers free shipping, and Cigar Page states that it ships orders within one to two business days. After placing an order and waiting two business days for a tracking number, I called to ask about the status of my order. Cigar Page stated that it was still in process. Cigar Page told me that no estimate could be given for that and a shipping date, so I cancelled the order only to learn that it could not reverse the charges made to my credit card. So, I’ll be paying that charge, and I’ve learned a valuable lesson: Never place another order through Cigar Page.

Man, what's with the negative reviews? I've been nothing but delighted with these guys. They are masters of wheeling and dealing and they forward their customers amazing deals on cigars. And I love not needing to ever worry about paying for shipping. No pressure to add to your order to qualify. I see a good deal and I snatch it. Yeah it's not fast shipping, but...it's...free... I like that part about it.
Idk maybe I'm too much of a knuckle dragger to notice a freshness difference between them and others? IDK I've been happy with every order I've gotten. Some of them come with free boveda packs and some don't. If they don't, I'll let them sit in the humidor a bit longer. Also I'm not that picky in general. I'm pairing my stogies with Yuengling, not Pappy.
Anyway - cheers to the page. Just ordered two 5 packs of Nica Rustica Brujitos for $40 in a scorcher deal. That makes me happy. Sorry for writing a review that the negative nancys will for sure think was from a company shill lol

I've been doing business with this place few years. 2 weeks ago, they sent me a discount coupon if I make an over 150$ order. They reject coupon code many times. I contacted Customer service and was advised my order value 149.99$ (before tax) only, therefore coupon is not valid. Wow, 1 cent is more value than a customer! Bye bye CP!

Been a customer for 6 years now, and I’ve tried all the competitors. Any delay in shipping that I’ve ever had has been the result of something outside of their control. Quality of the shipped cigars has never been an issue. I’m signed up for their emails and scour other sites for comparison. Well, I used to do it more than I do now. They’ve proven, to me at least, to be a better source for my cigar needs. You want better faster mail service, then go pay for it. For me, I very rarely go to any other site than CigarPage.

I have made purchases through Cigar Page for several years and have always been satisfied. Recently all that has changed. I have had two consecutive bad transactions.The first time I was charged through PayPal for an order that they had no record of. I called Cigar Page and they recognized the error and said they would not process . When I checked my PayPal account it stated that the transaction was completed. I needed PayPal to step in to get my refund.The second transaction involved me placing an order and then not receiving a shipping notification. Upon checking my Cigar Page account it stated that it was refunded. I wasn't notified and the refund does not appear in my PayPal account. I may be required to ask PayPal to step in.Order at your own risk.

Placed my 1st order on March 14 and contacted CigarPage twice about my order status. Both times I received "we reached out to the delivery carrier and will respond back in 24-48 hours." Which does not happen. I'll give them a few more days to provide an order update then disputing the credit card charges for lack of shipment.The order arrived today, almost 4 weeks after I placed the order. I am glad the order finally arrived so Cigar page found the order and sent it out, I am not sure if this is a common occurrence or just my luck but I'll see how good the Cigars are before I consider placing a second order

worst customer experience ever. not allowed to be transferd. Spoke to Lauren and she hung up the phone on me. she refused to transfer me to another customer service representative. Called back to file a complaint on her and all i got were excuses how sometime is a connection issue. They don’t have anyone on the Customer Service team that speaks Spanish so if you are not fluent in English and you need something from them we’ll you will get a condensending response and the phone hung up. Such a big company with poorly customer service.
