There were about a dozen positives, and only one negative. From initial drop off, they impressed the hell out of me, by offering me a ride home. The were CONTINUAL in providing updates and time frames. Every person i dealt with, was professional, friendly and efficient. Was just so impressed that a company still did business in such a good way.
The ONLY negative (really hate to be nitpicky) was upon picking up the car, one of the things they do is detail the car (would look silly to have new hood and such, and rest of the car be filthy). Anyway, the car was was awful. Not the end of the world. But made little sense to provide such amazing service, and then be sloppy on the final touch. Still, does not impact the opinion of what was an amazing experience and would recommend this place to anyone looking for these types of repairs. They are to be commended.

My sons truck has been I. The shop for a month. He was told aprox 10 days. Everytime he calls he gets another excuse. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. We will also be telling our insurance co to not do business with them. That is the only reason we went there was because the insurance company recommended them.

Had my vehicle in for a small simple repair they told me 6 days for the job. The truck ended up being in there for 16 days 10 more days then they actually told me. They kept telling me it should be done by end of day the following day 2 days at the latest and that was going on for how many times they said that. Then they tell me when they where installing the parts they scratched the paint so they had to repaint everything. What they heck kind of techs do they have working there. Working at a body shop you know you will be working with fresh paint so you would think you would know how to handle parts that are freshly painted. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GETTING WORK DONE HERE.

Big thumbs down. Misses functional problems and only deals with hardware dents. Will not diagnose functional malfunction so insurance can handle first time around

Total waste of time, unprofessional & absurd service. It toke them 4 months to repair my vehicle & there are still issues with it. Constantly I was calling in for updates but they was always giving the same excuse over & over again. I advise everyone to never ever bring ur vehicles here. Not worth the hassle or the mountain of headaches ???☠️

Terrible customer service. They tell you one thing which leads to another thing. My car been in the repair shop for over 3
Months. I have been asking for photos of my vehicle and haven’t received it in the past 2 weeks with me calling in. They won’t even allow you in the back to see the car. That’s how shady these people are. Very racist people working here. If you’re a person of color do not go here. Stay as far away as you can.

The worst collision shop I’ve ever been too, I’ll start by saying the receptionist are great and extremely helpful, I’m sure if they could fix cars this collision shop would have higher ratings, they seem like they care enough to resolve issues..my problem with this collision shop is that they accepted the assignment of repairing a front end collision of a later model bmw knowing that they ARE NOT a certified bmw repair center and do not have permission to replace or repair certain bmw parts, they also charged the insurance company for work that they could not complete till this day they still charged my insurance almost 15k for a car that they were not allowed to repair and now I have to wait for them to return the money to the account while they decide how much money they should keep for themselves for working on a car they shouldn’t have touched in the first place..don’t take your bmw here everyone from insurance to the certified shop that you have to get everything repaired at will just wonder why you were stupid enough to take a bmw to a non certified shop.

Prospective customers of Gerber Collision, please read below:****Good afternoon,In taking the front bumper off and removing the headlights we have found both headlights to be damaged and missing parts. The front impact bar has minor damage, as well as a radiator shroud, and 2 air guides. The right front wheel liner is the incorrect part and has no mounting point for the right front ABS sensor. If you have any other questions or concerns please call the shop at 610 25* ****. Thank you and have a great night.****The above is an email from a repair facility who is now working on my car after over a year of repairs done by Gerber. This shop not only committed insurance fraud by claiming they repaired/replaced parts this new facility claims are missing but they also “stole” a motor out of an adaptive headlight that wasn’t even involved in the collision and THEN pinned the issue on me… claiming to never have touched the headlight? Let’s be mindful both headlights had no issues prior to the accident.I strongly advise you to never bring your car to this shop. Let me also remind you that I received my car back after almost 4 months, maybe more, and less than 24 hours, it was back in the hands of Gerber because the hood wouldn’t latch and the side skirt was falling off, parking sensors didn’t work and the radio would not work… along with adaptive headlight codes they never fixed… and not to mention a flat tire en route because they ran over a bolt from another vehicle in their garage.Absolutely disgustingly poor service and repairs. I will be filing a formal complaint with BBB and State Farm Insurance.

Me and my wife both hit deer with both our cars 1 week apart my car just got fixed awesome customer service had a few very minor things they took care of it instantly they go above to make sure you are happy the only problem I had is my own insurance never get state farm but would recommend guys from Gerber
